what is this debate about green and red flags? it's not a black or white situation, that's what this series is…
Pure green flags are not fun at all. There wouldn't be any emotional depth or character development if the characters were "perfect", and those things are what we're really here for to be honest.
maybe the kidnapper or someone else was blocking the crowd from BSE
I meant by my previous comment to you that the person shown separating the crowd from BSE was definitely Mr. Park. We're still not sure who pushed her. Could be someone else or Mr. Park himself, but that would be a mistake by the production/editing team, as he would be doing two contradictory things at the same time 😅
They could be tricking us, we know that the kidnapper got a text that today was the day. So maybe he was there…
Yes, I also had that thought, especially since he was wearing a similar suit (black, and same sleeves). He might have intentionally lured the hikers toward BSE to create chaos, giving him an opportunity to push HHJ without being noticed.
Rewatching Episode 6: I initially thought the black-clad arm was deliberately shown to make us suspect Mr. Park. I believed it wasn't him because I noticed he was clearly seen separating the crowd from BSE at the moment of the incident. When the woman screamed (indicating the time of the fall), Mr. Park was still near BSE and even walked toward the back with him to check what happened. I paid close attention to see if anyone else was wearing black, and I did spot one hiker with similar clothing. However, the sleeves of Mr. Park's suit and the arm match exactly, while the other person's look different. So, how could he be separating the crowd and pushing her at the same time?!
No the joke is that she survived barely scathed!! Like girl is very much alert, conscious, and she has not been…
I was expecting to see some bruises, but she looks perfectly fine after going to the hospital 🤣 also, not that I really mind since it's just a kdrama, but they could've chosen a lower cliff to make it a bit more believable that she survived 😂
unpopular opinion but that whole phone call scene got pretty absurd . imagine your loved one in a life and death…
I actually think that talking in the third person is what made the scene especially moving and unique. It added an emotional depth that stood out. Also, he did call her by her name when he first picked up the call, but it seemed like he was either afraid she would end the call if she realized he knew her identity, or he didn’t want to add to her already anxious state of mind.
1. It is not revealed yet how she can hear. I'm not sure if they revealed how they are related in the drama yet…
I don't remember such a scene at all. As far as I remember, the only thing people mentioned about her was that she "disappeared" but no one mentioned where she went.
Yess I agree with everything you wrote!!! Unfortunately, I have a bad feeling that the episode will stop right…
Omg I'm glad they didn't spoil much to leave room for our imagination and excitement! I like your theory but I really hope they don't torture us by delaying the rescue until the next episode. I can't wait another week to see it! 😭😭

I can'tttt!! There seems to be blood stains on his hand so I thought he probably already found her and that's her blood, then he got a call from the kidnapper or whoever did this to her 😭😭😭
There are a few things that I'm not sure about in episode 5.
1. The older sister is clearly not deaf? She can hear perfectly fine from what I saw in the episode? It's really confusing me. I just don't seem to understand how this whole family is connected. I hope I'm not stupid and that it's not revealed in the drama yet.
2. Why is BSE telling things to 406 (before he knew it was HHJ) like how he thinks HHJ was forced to keep quiet because of Hong In A's disability? It made no sense that he would share these information with a psycho kidnapper.
Why are so many people suddenly disappointed with the drama because of just one episode? Sure, Episode 5 might not have had any major plot twists (except him confirming that she's 406), but it was incredibly sweet and provided a deeper look into BSE’s thoughts and feelings. I absolutely loved all their scenes, it gave me butterflies as I watched their feelings grow. The way BSE tries to act indifferent while clearly falling head over heels for her is so endearing—getting so excited over her messages like a young boy. It shows his softer side: him wanting so badly to hear her voice, his jealousy, his effort to learn sign language for her, and him finally realizing that he needs to be softer with her and use more gentle words.
This heartfelt episode was essential before all the upcoming drama, anxiety, and secrets that are bound to unfold in the next episodes and it sets the stage for their relationship to deepen. The preview for the next episode also looks incredibly promising. It seems that even after learning she’s 406 and feeling betrayed, he still tries to understand her and win her heart. My heart melted when he said, "I'll give her everything. If that's what Hui Ju wants, I'll give as much as she needs." It's just so heartwarming that he’s willing to do anything for her. I’m also already in love with the scene where he shields her from the sun so she can sleep peacefully on his shoulder! And it looks like something happened to HHJ that will have BSE frantically searching for her—I'm all in for rescue scenes! So many exciting things to look forward to in the next episode!
