Beautifully written. I get a bad feeling now that all her secrets are out, it is his turn to bare it all and his…
Thank you! ❤️ I completely agree—now that her secrets are out, it definitely seems like the upcoming episodes will focus more on uncovering his story.
The car accident seems too suspicious to be a random event. It feels so intentional, but I’m still unsure about who was behind it and why. I can’t wait to see how the drama unravels all these mysteries!
"There was you. When no one else cared about me, you noticed me. Whenever I was scared, you ran over to save me. Even when I said nothing, even when I didn't cry out for help, you were the only one who listened to me."
I love that episode 7 highlights how BSE has become HHJ's "light" in the darkness. From the very first scene, the episode establishes the contrast between HHJ's despair and the warmth BSE brings into her life. We see how her world became dark and lonely after the accident forced her to live as someone she’s not—pretending to be mute and suffering in isolation. Yet, the moment she hears BSE calling her name, a sudden light flashes over her face—a symbol of her realizing that he’s her beacon of hope.
Later, in the scene after her panic attack, BSE reaches out to turn on the light when he feels she’s scared, but she stops him. To her, he is the light; as long as he’s by her side, she feels safe. This tender moment highlights BSE’s selflessness and care for her. Even when she repeatedly asks him if he is scared, he turns the question back to her, prioritizing her fears over his own. His words—"I'm not scared. And I don't regret it. So you just have good dreams"—are both beautiful and heartbreaking. It reflects his willingness to shoulder all burdens for her sake, even at the cost of his own well-being.
The line, "If I stop, there won't be a place to hide. There's nowhere to hide except behind me," is particularly haunting. It shows his sense of responsibility as HHJ's protector and his willingness to shield her from the world, no matter the consequences.
The final scene is undoubtedly one of the most heartfelt portrayals of unconditional love in dramas. BSE doesn’t just accept HHJ for who she is—he celebrates her! He has been waiting patiently, giving her the space and time to trust him enough to reveal that she’s 406, without ever pressuring her. It mirrors the same care he showed when he didn’t push her to speak but waited for her to take that step on her own terms.
When she was burdened by fear and insecurity, worrying that he might hate her after discovering the truth, BSE gently tells her not to underestimate herself, because he simply doesn’t know how to hate her or stop loving her. And then, THAT KISS. Oh it speaks volumes—far more than words ever could—expressing the depth and intensity of his feelings for her in a way that leaves no doubt.
With HHJ now able to be her true self around BSE, it feels like the tables should turn. Up to this point, we’ve seen BSE pouring out his love for HHJ and carrying the weight of her struggles. But it’s clear that he is also deeply burdened, carrying his own scars and suffering silently. He, too, deserves his "light"—someone to lift him out of the darkness he’s endured for so long.
You know, there are times when unrealistic moments can be a little too much and it might make us feel like dropping the drama, but strangely, WTPR doesn't make me feel that way; its unreality doesn't bother me. So yeah, let's just enjoy the ride 🔥
So i got spoiler that in the novel, after her falling, heeju's head was bleeding so much, she's dehydrated and…
I think that the HHJ we see in the preview might be after being unconscious or in a coma for some time because she looked like she was in a lot of pain in Ep 6. She had bruises all over her body, and they can’t heal so quickly. Maybe they didn’t want to spoil this part for us, or perhaps there’s a time jump. Let’s wait and see.
Is it better to watch now or when all the episodes are out!!?? cause I can't take it anymore!!!!😩
Depends on what you prefer. I personally enjoy watching some dramas as they air, and this is one of those, because it lets me connect with all the fans who are watching, exchange ideas, and discuss theories. Sometimes they point out details I might have missed while watching, and for a beautiful drama like this, I want to catch every tiny little detail. So, if you prefer to binge-watch and can’t wait for episodes, then waiting might be best. But if you want to join the club and obsess with us in real-time, then start watching now!
They already added a second couple storyline and several other side characters to pad the original story so it…
Ohh how grateful I am that this drama truly gives the main couple the screen time they deserve! I used to watch Turkish dramas, where sometimes side characters are given more screen time than the main ones, and each unnecessary character is explored in depth, often adding a lot of boring subplots that make a single episode run over two hours. So this feels like a breath of fresh air—just focusing on the main story and characters, without giving anything more than it deserves.
Can someone please stop me from rewatching the ending scene where he tells her in a broken voice, "And if you can, please tell Hui Ju not to worry. Tell her I'll be right there!" ?
I just can't get over his voice in that moment, and I don’t think I’ll be able to move on until next week helppp
Nothing but I need something 😭 Or at least a drama as a line up so that when it’s done airing I have something…
How many episodes have you watched of It's Okay to Not Be Okay? I promise it gets better! I also didn’t like it at first and dropped it after the first episode. But later, I gave it another try and ended up loving it. I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of the male lead actor (really wish they had cast someone else), but the story, acting, and OST are spectacular.
Pure green flags are not fun at all. There wouldn't be any emotional depth or character development if the characters…
I totally agree! I love watching leads who face trials and challenges on their journey to find each other, especially when their past traumas have shaped them into cold or guarded individuals. There's something profoundly moving about seeing them break down those walls, heal each other's wounds and grow together in love.

Ohh, My Dearest is on a whole other level! It's just too perfect and I'm sure no other drama can give me such amazing feelings. I'll recommend some of my other favorites—hope you haven't already watched them haha 😆 1. Vincenzo 2. It's Okay to Not Be Okay 3. Tell Me That You Love Me 4. Extraordinary Attorney Woo 5. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha 6. Crash Landing on You
