I would 've watched this drama earlier if the description would be less focused on the love story. Actually it is more about being the son of a murderer handle the shame and the fear to be like the father by blood - loved it!
I am happy with the ending as it is because from my point of view a rapist never deserve to be happy and the victim needs help to recover and find hope and true love with a person who cherish him, who ever that will be...
This is one of the slowest developing Kdramas I ever watched. Most of the time one is watching how people talk or recall conversations. There is so much unused potential! I am so frustrated about this drama :'(
I did not realize it while watching the lakorn for the first time but somehow I end up watching scenes from this drama ever and ever again. I really love the main couple and how their (kind of) romance developed.
Did I read right ? One of the tag is rape? So the Male lead rapes the female ? Wait what ?
Yes he does more the once. Just to show her that he can do whatever he wants to her and because after "having sex" she is considered as his wife. In some Lakorns a guy just rape a girl because afterwards her family will force her to marry this guy in order to "save her honer".
Typical trope in a certain kind of slap-kiss lakorns
I just switched the countries. C-dramas nowadays are rather like Kdramas 8 years ago and Lakorns getting slowly modern enough that is is fun watching them. Maybe the main audience changed so that of cause the industry does as well.

But I usually avoid American dramas for a reason
Now they just copy more and more what the Americans do and lost their special intense way they were :'(
I am so annoyed by the trope that a guy just takes care of a girl (without her asking for it) in expectation of getting her love and life in return.
