LOL rinko kikuchi is the main role, kou shibasaki is only minor role, akanishi jin is also a minor role. Believe it or not rinko kikuchi is more famous than kou shibasaki in west.

I watch it without subs, but I think it is a stupid show..imagine a movie with only 1 scene for almost 1 1/2 hours, all they did is talk and talk.

I think crows movie without genji and serizawa is like.....pokemon without ash and pikachu. But the thing the bug me is that the director is not takeshi miike, I know that the director for this one is good but....it wont be the same again, the way miike directed the first 2 is miike style the camera angle thing something like that.
Just think about this pirates of the carribean 4 is not good WHY? because the director is not gore verbinski..his style that made us love pirates of the carribean series. Well good luck to the movie.

This is the saddest thing I've watched in my entire life. IMO this is sadder than 1 liter of tears and endless love series COMBINED. This to me makes a walk to remember an action movie. Unlike any other disease drama, this one is different it tackles NOSTALGIA and not the actual death. What I like about this is the music, the monologue, the characters, just by watching the ending theme song seems like your watching an old betamax movie, and also the location is great. I even think this is based on true to life because the approach is very realistic.

Who would have thought that yamada and satoshi will become japan's best actors especially yamada he has this annoying face when he was young, but now he can play any role.

I dont know why he is not included in zatoichi the last here in mydramalist and he is also in drama "sekai no chusin de aiwo sakebu"( a classic japanese drama a must watch).

Is this had the longest fight scene in movie history?? The only thing that I dont like (little things anyway) is that CG used in the film remember the burning cows?. I also havent seen the original, my favorite character is Hiramatsu( i dont recall ) but he has this scene where he says "kill all those who passed me" for me that was epic and the way he fight somewhat realistic.

The thing is.....I think he is too pretty for a samurai role in the movie and bloody monday is too mangaish for me to made me serious. But still he is better than some johnny actors.

I also dont think haruma miura is good actor. No your comment made sense.
