He (Top) might not have been the one behind the happening before ep 3, but I think he is in on it with someone else in the group or Non himself or a thrid party. If it's Phi that would be nice because out of all of them, he is the most clear/logic thinker. Jin might had something going on with Non previous (next week we will know more) .. But he can also be in on it
