I agree. It's understandable that the plot is rushed considering that it is a movie. I am a fan of the manga and I remember reading it probably like 3-4 years ago. But when the movie adaptation was released, I tried to avoid it as much possible because I dislike the choice of actors. But I was so wrong and took me 3 years to realize it after watching it last night. The cast are not only "eye candy" but really good actors. They did justice to the characters and even if I already know what will happen, the movie still made me feel like a high school girl again on her journey to her first love. Highly recommended!

I have already read the manga years ago but wow, I did not expect this adaptation to be good as well. Kudos to the actors and actress in portraying the characters so well that I got really entertained.

Exactly! I was so impressed with her acting. She totally captured the queen anime characteristics. And she's beautiful. Her personality shift in the movie really cracked me up. Hhaahha.

wow the casting almost matches the characters in the anime..too bad a lot of scenes were modified. but anyway, it is still a good adaptation. I am still impressed with the casting!

Exactly!!! Hahaha I like her expressions and the way her mouth twist like this and like that. She might be overreacting but it's still really good and funny. Props to her dynamic acting.

Thanks to this movie, I discovered Kentaro Sakaguchi! hehhe. Overall, good movie and the main character girl is really funny.

I will probably say the best jap romance story i have watched so far. the story just really pulls you in. Keeps on re watching it too.
