in the drama Jiwon went through a lot and in these situations, Sungmin was always with Jiwon and cared for her. I think that it would be hard to find someone better than him and no one can come between them. I think that if the story continues to play out, there's no doubt they'll end up together. What kind of guyfriend will stick with you in these situations? Jiwon is not stupid so she wouldn't have not known Sungmin's feelings for her.

I've been reading a lot of comments and another possibility is that the girl might be Joeun & Janghoon's daughter. They might have had sexytime before Janghoon went to the army lol and voila. The girl never calls the guy "dad" so he is indeed Sungmin but he's just taking her somewhere which another fan has suggested might be Joeun and Janghoon's late wedding (explains the formal attire) I actually prefer the first theory because the second doesn't confirm that Jiwon and Sungmin got married and I'm still pretty convinced that Jiwon dies either way so I'd rather have it that they atleast got married and had a kid together
