Okay this drama is daebak. We have to give them that. The only thing that bothers me is in I think ep 9, when the female detective is in danger with the psycho in the basement archive. I mean come on, the vicinity is within the police headquarters right? Can't someone just go down and please check immediately? Do they really have to call and worse wait for Jang Hyuk and the gang (who were currently outside chasing the wrong the rat) for the action?
But boy, I gave two thumbs up for Ye Sung for grear acting. Just did a quick background check (lol), turned out he is an idol! Whoa. Definitely he's part of the idol-that-can-act-well club! On side note, shame to those who belongs to the opposite club. Lol
That mouth scene was so disturbing, I honestly thought they were going to make him into some killer with magical…
I know right. Lets not go to that direction. I can take the "I can hear more than average people can" stuff and I'm loving it. But the enemy having that kind of distorted power?! While uri jin jyuk only have his guns and fist. No, please.
It was overall a good drama. I'm in fact happy it is just a 12 episode drama. This goes to show that we can have good drama even with just 12 episodes. 7/10
it was overall a good first episode. Whew, and having GY and LDW in one screen is just too daebak. Can we expect this kind of castings on future dramas too? Both are just leading man quality, gosh.
I'm excited for the last 2 eps. :)
It's been a while since I'm not anxious/scared of the last eps of a drama.
I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but this one achieved high ratings in JTBC right?
Let this drama be a promotion for Lee Sang Yeob and BoA and I hope to see future main roles. (I really think LSY is ripe enough to lead drama, he is the biggest surprise for me in this drama, because the last time I saw him was in Innocent Man, you know what I mean if you've watched it, lol. Totally stole the show, not your mediocre actor, definitely someone who can act real good.)
To be honest, I really don't care too much about the SY and HW's issues and conflicts. I'm too consumed by BY and JY's interactions. It's been a while since I've been more interested in the supporting leads story instead. Whew! We had a huge progress on ep 8. JY came clean that he had no wife. And that car scene's conversation is so sweeeet:
BY: I have now decided to live alone. I don't have to live in misery just because I'm living alone.
JY: In this world, there are a lot of good men. Why would you want to live alone?
BY: Even if there are a lot of good men if none of them appear to me, it's useless.
JY: There's me. I'm a really nice guy.
BY: I know. I know you are a really nice guy.
