No one is justifying, I'm trying to explain my pov about EH and her low selfsteem. I understand your point, but he said that he was ending things, he wasn't engaged. He knew she had low selfsteem and he played with her and he was right because she fell for that.

And we don't know how a relationship will develop in life. Sometimes we know a person and we date for 9 years and sometimes is just 2 weeks. This drama is very realistic from my pov. The CEO had a purpose in EH's life and vice-versa and I can say that they already know which purpose was. And even tho, he is not the type of character that is created to one purpose, he is going to close the branch so what Eun Hee is going to do?

I just love Ahn Pan Sok (I don't like his latests dramas: Someting in the Rain or One Spring Night; but not because of him, but bc of the script). His way of directing is a very intimate one, it's about enjoying the scene and to absorb little details as light, music and expressions. And I think that you need to be a little bit sensitive to like this kind of scene and drama, not everyone can be like that. Very glad that the "academy" was able to recognize him. I just wanted to Jung Soo Joo (the writer) to came back, she is one of my favorites alongside Stranger and My Mister writers.

She met the CEO, she thinks that he is a nice guy, he has tons of books, her ideal shelf, he is kind, handsome and thinks "oh maybe he is kinda... the one?!", but then: he has an unfinshed business with another girl; she starts the denial "how can I be the other girl? oh no no, he said he is ending things so its... okay?" = this was the denial + low selfsteem + being alone for many years.

See how can be complicated to judge and in one minute to become the other? And we're humans, its not like she knew he was engaged since the beginning and she did it on purpose. And with time, she realised that she was in a horrible spot.

How they're lazy with thinking about how they'll make EH and CH a couple if they tease each other almost since the beginning, putting the word "friend" in every sentence? They walk on eggshells everytime because, in their subconscious, they know (what they always avoid).

I have to kinda agree, I mean, I don't have a problem with big age gaps (being both adults) but I feel that its a very flat relationship so far and you said a good point, I also miss seeing her with other friends or trying to be friends with someone else... she seems to be a lonely person by nature.

I was expecting him to gay or having another family hidden in New Zealand lol idk but I think that the second choice would be better because this actor made a gay character in Secret Boutique last year, was so fresh on my mind, that's why cogitated him being gay as well here.
I like Eun Hee but I agree about that, doesn't make any sense her choice. Plus, I'm so divided about Chan Hyuk: l know that he used to love Eun Joo but what about now? Seems that he likes Eun Hee a bit.
