Are you serious? hahah I mean... I'm tired of cliché dramas (everyone gets tired of a genre and you also can…
I know that you were making an observation, and it's fine ;) but I just don't think that they started to make more of this kind of genre, I watched Signal and Stranger 1 year after they were released and I thought: wow this was here all along and I didn't even know it! So I think that we just don't look for it but they were there all along. Also, I don't think that one genre is dominating over the other... like OCN, it's a investigative (/terror/etc) broadcaster so if you're going to wait for a romantic genre you will waste your time u know?! jTBC for exemple you're going to see more slice-of-life or romantic dramas, tvN loves everything from my pov... you can see fantasy (like Hotel del Luna), romance (Her Private Life), dramas about law and order like Confession and also slice-of-life just like Black Dog or Miss Lee and there're also MBC, SBS (who loves familiar dramas) and KBS and their vast number of dramas of different genres. So I just think you're being a little bit too harsh and generalizing things.
I agree! I understand that her personality is like that for the sake of the plot, but she acts like she can do…
I do believe that she misunderstood him at some point at uni xD I can't wait for them to reveal the reason because their bickering is so good to watch!
That's why everybody struggles to work with her (I think that I wouldn't be able either), and herself doesn't…
So... what about Hwang Shi Mok? He should have chosen a different career like... one that he can work alone and at home? just because he was damaged and he shows no emotion (or sense of team work) he needs to choose another career?! She will learn how to work as a team just like Shi Mok learned by the end of Stranger.
For me, along with Touch Your Heart , Hotel Del Luna and When Camelia Blooms were my favourites. A little off…
Are you serious? hahah I mean... I'm tired of cliché dramas (everyone gets tired of a genre and you also can fall in love with it again later), Touch Your Heart for exemple I couldn't even watch the teasers... but I think that the world is just about that. Political dramas or Romantic ones, doesn't matter... they are made to satisfy the viewer and the kdrama world is big enough for you to handle those kinds of dramas being made every year because the ones that you like are being made as well. So whats the big deal? You're not obliged to watch dramas with prosecutors... now, if the simple existence of it is making you sad (or mad or whatever are you feeling rn) then you may need to revaluate...
So, they are really "siblings" afterall. Different biological fathers, but suffered under one abusive dad ~ WOAH!!!!…
Yes haha Last episode had some many hints that they were siblings and I was "ohhh that girl from MDL is right... niiice"xD I have my doubts about the father and the owner being the same person tho
There's only two thinks mankind wants to know 1- Is there an afterlife?2- How the hell did he get that ruler?
Would be funny if he just bought it hahah my first thought of him after opening the bottle with the carpenter's ruler was: he is just a simple guy that doesn't care about the importance of this ruler. Then my friend said that he was teasing her and I was "oh, true, can be". But in episode 3, Ms. Cha thought exactly like my friend and he was like ???? so I'm just going to think that he is a simple person (for now).
About his fight with Ms. Cha, I think he never did something like this before haha that's why he is always loosing against her (although I'm always rooting for him lol). But the fact that she was always harsh on him and he doesn't get it why makes him want to fight because he is annoyed by her behavior.
Ms Cha is so annoying! Wouldn't be able to work alongside someone like her -_-Can't wait for them to work together…
That's why everybody struggles to work with her (I think that I wouldn't be able either), and herself doesn't care. But deep inside, I still like her because I think that she is just a very competitive person that struggles to trust in someone (I really want to know why tho... there's a motive behind it or she is just like that?). And even her logical way of dealing with work decisions can contribute to the workplace and be a good person. In the preview seems that they will start working as a team haha I can't wait to watch it x)
Heard It Through The Grapevine is just PERFECT! I couldn't except LESS from Jung Sung Joo writer-nim, she is one of my favorites (that I've to say that her 3 dramas "HIITG", "Secret Love Affair" and "A Wife's Credentials" are rated with a VERY WRONG rating). About HIITG, 7.7 rating here on MDL does not give it justice! Not even in a million years.
From the list, the only one that I've never watched is Avenger's Social Club... About the others, each one is unique on it's own way and I would recommend all of them but Be Melodramatic is just so different in every way as possible, the plot, music, cameras, acting, everything. 11/10 for me and I'm waiting for another drama from the same writer (and director because he did both), so talented!<3
Ps.: I really like this kind of article because the impression is that 10+ dramas they are almost forgettable and the ones with tons of flaws they receive all the praise
A delicious 2 episodes, I can't wait for next week! I hate when I see a rating so low in a drama THAT JUST STARTED! I honestly think that MDL is not that good. I used to respect but now...
Oh My Mister was the only out of the 3 that I watched while it was on air, my poor heart almost died! I love the 3 of them but My Mister and Misaeng... <3 I need to watch the first episode of Black Dog tho, hope its good, I like Ra Miran.

She will learn how to work as a team just like Shi Mok learned by the end of Stranger.
1- Dazzling (The Light in Your Eyes)
2- Be Melodramatic
3- Chief of Staff
4- Designated Survivor 60 Days
5- Love Affairs in the Afternoon
Bonus: Watcher, Confession and Arthdal Chronicles.
