just very disappointing with how sloppy this was
-the gore was over-excessive and unrealistically done (like it looked SO fake to a point where it was laughable)
-the plot started making less and less sense, no characters were consistent
-random flashbacks at the end and just the ending in general was bad
idk just my opinion but the snow and blood was the only good contrast, as others are pointing out

actually I.U matches her character, she's not supposed to easily portray emotions that'd the whole point of her character; she's guarded, stand-offish, and quite frankly not interested in the world anymore. She has lived it for hundreds of years, it's pretty realistic. it's only the earlier episodes I'm sure she will open up a bit more when he breaks down those walls she has built so high

han tae joo by far the best character without a doubt

I hate that in korean dramas, starting off with a strong woman and ending with a teary mess sacrificing ambition and fight and whatnot for the male lead
i feel like it may happen here and yet I don't at the same time

idk if u already know or not but hotel del luna def has romance in it, it's tagged romance and the trailers all show romance
as for chief kim im pretty sure there is no romance (i could be wrong but I'm like 99% sure)
