I dont think the chemistry for ML and FL will work for me. The editing during the first ep is also rather messy. Some scenes seem way too short

It was quite intense. Line delivery is very well done. FL did a good job despite being relatively new

the odd thing was that he subtly told his grandpa that they were in a relationship he said their relationship just started. I was stunned when I watched it because when did that even happen? ML did not even get FL's consent

Amazing to see people relishing in the violence ML is doing. The justice system may be warped and there is a huge sense of injustice for the victims but what ML is doing is as illegal as that. Supporting his doings just shows how yall are not right in the mind too.

that is just a way to justify his actions? seriously? ML made the decision to go there and deal with him in his clear-headed state of mind, not bc he was affected by his illness.
even if he raped the girl, does it give ML the right to break his legs?

sure, the bully deserves to be punished. but ML should not be the one doing it. By doing so, he is no better than the bully. I said what I said.

which is why I am dropping it

I know this is a revenge drama but ML went too far. Even if you use his tumor as an excuse, you still cannot justify what he did. The bully may have been overboard, but tying him up and abusing him makes ML as bad as the bully. I am not liking how violent this is. You cannot just randomly beat people up. FL's brother ended up being a bit of a jerk too.
Anyway, I'm dropping this.

first ep was intense but very engaging! I like the chemistry between the 3 leads already!

Just finished reading the novel. Tian Yao is a pretty difficult character to portray - his anger and hurt towards his betrayal, his wiseness and experience as a millennium dragon, his mysteriousness and coldness, his vulnerability and pain as well as his fierce love for those he loved. I wonder if Hou Minghao has the ability to execute his character well.

ending ruined it for me

I'm at ep 3 and so far, it's a decent watch. I like FL's antics because I find her relatable and realistically funny. She squeals at odd moments which is something I would do (haha) and can be very bubbly.
ML's character is a little bland though. I find SML a little annoying as well. But her ex is the most annoying of all. He keeps pestering her and just won't let their relationship go. I wonder what is the writer point of constantly bringing the ex into her life?
This story about a past accident and all that drama is giving me major Love All Play vibes. I hope they're not to similar.

I also can't really imagine what kind of romance the leads will have but we'll see.

I seriously love this show so much! I love them all. It's so nice to see the friendships and bonds formed between all of them. It's been great watching it every week. I'm so sad there's only 1 episode left :(

Am I the only want who doesn't want TVN to post the leads kiss scene in the preview? They've spoiled it twice now. I would rather be completely surprised than watch the drama with expectations of the kiss scene.

Alchemy of Souls really has the best fight scenes I've ever seen in a Kdrama. It's so cool that it has stages like Ryusu, Tansu and Chisu.

LJW has become a favourite actor of mine such that I really look forward to his new acting projects!

just wondering when naksu will get her strength and energy back? they made a deal that she will help jang uk open his gate of energy and he will help naksu regain her strength. seems like only one side is fulfilled. i'd love to see jung somin in action
