I really didn't understand why this title, "special lady". It means nothing about the style of this movie and neither does the character deserve that name.
This show has so much wrong and stupid stuff in the script. So many times I was disgusted by the lack of internal logic in the characters' actions. The melodrama scenes were also unbearable.
It is revolting how slow these policemen are. In the second season, they incredibly didn’t shoot as soon as they saw the guy with the knife pointing at the victim’s neck. He died. Here, the police lady does nothing when she sees the doctor about to open her friend's belly.
A little comparison. There is a case at the beginning of the series in which the culprit escapes from prison for lack of evidence. At the end, he returns to the screen and the case is "solved".
In Border (2014), there was a similar case in which the culprit also escapes justice for lack of evidence. But it ends with the guy definitely escaping. I think Border's approach is more realistic as it is unlikely that a guilty person will return to the scene to commit another crime after a first chance.

This season is better than many series of this genre, but it is far inferior to the first season.
