It's an okay film - cute, funny, and a kind of interesting story about friendship (it has a little twist in it). Though, I'm assuming that this is an adaption of a manga or anime because nothing says 'ecchi manga/anime' like the unnecessary sexualization of female characters. Still, I giggled throughout and thought the ending was sweet.
A good little mystery. Love the overall commentary this film makes about media. Is everything you read or hear about on the news and social media true? You never really know...
When it comes to You're Beautiful vs Ikemen Desu Ne, I'll say the same thing I said when talking about Hana Yori Dango vs Boys Before Flowers. Both are good in different ways. Both also tend to lack in certain areas in which the other version succeeds in. It's a toss up really ^^
I really like Sato Takeru! Epescially since he just keeps getting better and better as an actor. From his 'Princess Princess D' and 'Rookies' days to now, doing movies as amazing as Rurouni Kenshin! He's definitely a respectable actor ^^
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS MOVIE. I can't find anything to complain about. The score, the cinematography, the acting and especially the fighting scenes were amazingly choreographed! Seriously one of the best live-action film adaptions of a manga/anime I've seen.
What bands do you like?
Looks like we have similar tastes in dramas and movies :D
