Didnt even watch one episode of the drama but here i am for the comments🍿 not gonna lie this comment section is the most entertaining comment section ive encountered in mdl and is probably better than the kdrama itself😭

Sometimes you feel things for a person you wouldnt normally match with characterwise or have different point of views in general. I dont think love makes always sense. Thats why its unpredictable and maybe it fades quicker cause in long term you would clash a lot and wouldnt make it work. Love doesnt guarantee necessarily a steady relationship in my opinion. And i think in some situations when you cant understand someones motive maybe being in opposite sides makes the other person more interesting and attractive cause its not ordinary and something new and exciting. But maybe again temporary. Ive had a lot of crushes where the other person was complete opposite of me and i found this attractive but again it was a crush and faded away quickly.

This is my first series with Park Jinyoung and he portrays the facial expressions of a really jealous man without any words in split second so good. Jealousy scenes are enjoyable when the actor really brings it alive. And he masters it. Cant really remember the last time i enjoyed in a kdrama a good jealousy performance. The acting become so cartoonish and exaggerated for my liking in most dramas lately.

Ep 8 pre-release: taeung carrying drunk ga gyeong back home and refusing that phillip carries her to her room im crying 😭 his jealous side is strong hahahaha someone pls finally reveal to him that she aint the mistress taeung cant take it anymore lol

Well this was going so well until ga kyungs birth mom is in fact hideo satos adoptive mom. i honestly dont know what i should feel about that and im also a bit exhausted from the connection obsession of kdramas. they dont know each other from the past for once or crossed path in the past but shared the same mother instead. can we just once dont do that

he has zero character depth even tho he is one of the main characters. his whole motivation is his love for soran and has like zero individual aspiration or character traits. cant stand it fr when the characters only function is love. and its so awkward because soran totally ignores the fact that he is madly in love with her and the whole situation is like (?)

At first episode i was like finally a good romcom. The second half i found myself not caring for the main couple so i dropped it. I feel like the beginning was really great but later on it couldnt keep up.

I just hope this week hideo learns that heosee isnt in fact yoo phillips mistress. This missunderstanding and role play brings entertaining scenes and jin youngs concerned/jealous acting is so fun to watch but i no longer want that their conservations is evolving around yoo phillip. I really look forward for the next step and hideo getting to know real gya yeong.

Wow. Honestly this is the best answer for me too. It just sometimes makes me sad that a good drama gets only talked about its ending even tho the whole drama is soo well written and acted.

I get what you mean but for example 2521 is still my favorite kdrama. I love both dramas and leads and honesly i dont focus on the ending so much. I rather enjoy the ride and dont make everything about the ending. Cause there are really boring couples and not so good chemistry which i wouldnt enjoy even with the perfect ending . I also escape real life stress with watching dramas so i know where you coming from and i really respect your perspective but maybe if you dont think about just the ending you would enjoy it more? Also yeah even though the couple have cute scenes too their situation is quite heavy and so are their scenes so a sad ending isnt really surprising here i think. Ps: also weirdly the comfort cozy kdramas have always almost unnecessary dark subplot you dont sign up for (summer strike, hometown cha cha cha) so its not easy to escape from not so fun stuff either even tho the genre is leightweight

I honestly dont get why an ending of a drama is overweighting the drama overall. Like if its sad ok if its happy then ok too. I get that maybe not everyone is going to be happy with the ending, but at the end the drama is soo good. Some people even dont start a drama without knowing if the ending is whether happy or sad. Thats for me a pitty cause the ending is like 10% of a drama. It says not everything about the drama. And honestly kdramas final episode is often really mid for my taste instead of copy paste same old happy ending i would prefer a memorable ending which can lean to sadness.

doctor x and love in disguise actors promoted their work on salon drip but not them. I wonder why they didnt it would be so cool.

This is a bit off topic but doesnt the leads promote the show on yt channels like others too? For example contents like salon drip etc where we can enjoy 30-40 min of their conversations?
