ughh why is it that all her dramas as a supporting character get aired quicker than her dramas as a FL 😠she has like 4 as the FL or just a main character in general and none of them are being aired what is thisssss
You're joking, i was going to get my SZE and LYN fix in one drama, also to see the loml xuan lu getting more main roles in *good* dramas, and you're telling me the chances of this coming out are slim? im about to start bawling
okay i was watching this because of all the rah rah about the fl but its like...idk lacking something? its a 12 ep show so i just thought that more would be happening ðŸ˜its not completely boring at all but its not something that im eagerly waiting for week to week. I will continue though because the premise is interesting and the father daughter dynamic is something im interested in seeing more.
I've found the comment section gets most toxic right after a drama finishes, usually.
Yup, that’s when people who didn’t watch the drama while it aired rush in to call it overrated if the drama has a high rating. I’m cherishing the remaining few weeks of positivity before the flood of ‘this is overhyped’ comments we are going to get soon.
At first I wanted to wait until this was done airing to watch, but I’m glad I watched it now to be able to see theories and enjoy the community as a whole before it finishes and everyone rushes in here to call it overrated lmao. I’m really enjoying this drama
this killer/ stalker plotline is so fucking annoying I just wanna enjoy my lovely couple in peace omg it gets…
i understand you but honestly if it were a 16 episode drama and she already saves him in episode 8 we would all be complaining that it has no substance lol, and well, its not like it came out of nowhere from episode 2 people were already saying SJ was k*lled and it wasnt su*cide
Really really hoping that this drama opens more doors for these leads especially for my girl hye yoon because i've known her longer and have been praying for the day her dramas get really hyped up, she is really talented and im happy that people are starting to see so too, i hope her change in agencies also helps in getting her more lead roles.
Also, woo seok has been added to my list of kdrama boyfriends and i need to see him on my screen more, here's to hoping for more lead roles for him too, he's been in so many dramas in supporting characters that i didn't even recognize (i guess i'm like sol in that aspect lmfao) so i hope he gets even more leading roles.
I'm watching it and loving it cuz it's super cute but you're absolutely right about the ratings on this site.…
I think people have evolved (and not just kdrama watchers i mean people in general) to rating things based on personal enjoyment rather than whether it was 'good' objectively. I don't know if it is the right way forward but every piece of media is subjective (even when we think its objective) so a large portion of people enjoy things that may not be 'good' but provide comfort, happiness, healing etc to the watcher and so they rate it based on such rather than whether another person would like it. Its kind of why i dont begrudge high rated dramas that arent my cup of tea anymore because while a lot of fans do it because their faves are in it, some people just...genuinely enjoy that thing. It also depends on demographics too, a certain demographic will enjoy and rate something highly while another one will be confused as to why, i think at this point is to take everything with a grain of salt and accept that even on this site that is supposed to give 'fair' ratings and reviews, every piece of media is still subjective.
Honestly it usually pisses me off when i see people rate dramas so highly when they just start because their favourite actors/actresses star in it but this time i'm actually not that mad lmao, maybe its because these two aren't necessarily hyped actors so it really feels like their chemistry and acting is doing the hard work here. Anyways, i pray the scriptwriter and director were consistent with the nice work so it can finish with good ratings, im enjoying this cheesy but interesting romcom thoroughly, wish it was released during the weekend though.
Y'all can kill me for having this opinion but why do I feel a bit weird when I think about how a mentally 34 year…
Im pretty sure that she's going to go back to the future and meet older sunjae after she 'changes his life' and he ends up being alive in the future, or at least i hope so because ive had the same thoughts as you. Or maybe 19 y/o sol starts to like sun-jae herself? At the very least im happy that for now they haven't mentioned anything about sol liking him more than a fan, everything has come from sun-jae's end.
i feel cheated ðŸ˜all that chemistry, that build-up, for WHAT? I feel like the friendship theme was showcased very well in this, but if they wanted to chose that ending maybe the writers shouldnt have written the characters to behave in the most couple-y manner ever, because this makes no sense. All in all i really enjoyed this drama and its coming of age feel, old japanese dramas were truly golden, and all the actors delivered splendidly.
