I have same sentiment with you regarding ML facial expression, his character start strong and then later on when he is already in the Rong Mansion then I noticed that he has smiley lips and eyes so I am sometimes confused what emotions he wants to convey. I mostly watch wuxia, xianxia and historical mainly because of the costume, production and cinematography it brings me into a fantasy world that makes me forget my reality. So when this drama aired it makes so much hype maybe because the ML actor has so many international fans, so it makes me curious and I watch it and put it on hold for four times already and now I am almost in the finale. I always look for a wuxia, xianxia and historical cdrama with high ratings because I do not want to waste time with a drama with long episodes and becomes disappointed, in my watchlist is Love In the Clouds because I like the FL from Perfect Match and also in my watchlist is Back from the Brink because I like also the FL from Legend of the Female General but now I am hesitant to watch both dramas because the ML is the ML of this drama Glory. I do not tend to memorize c-drama actors name because when I watch c-drama I go for the plot, production, cinematography and especially acting is on my top list so I have no biases because I do have already so many biases in kdrama actors and it is not good because I watch even though the story and acting is jus so so...

Probably not, he does not even bother his uneven eyelids, one is almost monolid and other has double, although it bothers me ( lol ) plus he was a national athlete and still athletic so he is not a vain person as you can see in his episodes in I Live Alone he is so raw and almost not grooming himself. He is just aging though, maybe not as charming as My Secret Romance era but as a 42 years old he still looks good.

the novel is much more better and engaging than the series but I just keep on watching to know and compare the changes they made from the original plot

I am struggling to finish this, I am on episode 13 and almost giving up. The ML looks younger than the FL and no chemistry at all plus the plot of the story is kinda boring. The ML has much more chemistry with the court lady in the past life but with Oh Baek Ryun they do not look good together because the FL has a mature aura and ML has crying baby face.

In the webtoon fl knows ml PTSD after their wedding, someone mention here that webtoon wedding were chapter 47 and 48, so probably episode 5 in the drama were chapters 40 to 50 in webtoon. Thats only my guess coz i read it last year.

I am every day in this page checking for the remaining days, hours and minutes til the airing of next episodes, I am so impatient and I am obsessed in this drama.
