This is different, at first I thought it was some space invaders wuxia series because they dress as if they're Power Rangers (Super Sentai). There's only ten episodes from what I can tell, not twenty.
First episode kept me entertained, from the plot to the costumes to the visual effects. I definitely recommend watching the first episode at least. Then you can tell people how you watched this very strange mortal kombat power rangers wuxia show.
Not sure if I will watch the entire series but I will run my Cantonese script for the remaining nine episodes (my Cantonese v1.1 script is 10x better then the basic ai scripts outthere but probably has a 8% margin of error). I just won't run my "PTT" script afterwards as that requires heavy GPU usage and time.

I just started to watch this after finding this channel because they had 'The Water Margin" series. I downloaded most of their videos because I fear they will get removed.
We almost never see a historical drama led by the commoners. This drama came out in 1996 but it has such a fresh…
Did you find this on Avistaz? I started to make subs for it but then realized I'll need to decrypt the SBS hash for the full 50min episodes. Since YouTube only has the 25min scene cut versions.
Made subs for the first two episodes for a friend. Didn't know there was other people making them. So please check out their work for the remaining episodes, as I have 20 different shows to make subs for.
The subtitles on YouTube so bad that I think whomever manages the content, incorrectly picked the matching subtitle files. Add me as a friend to see my feed and the correct subtitles for this series.
Going to have to make subs for this as the subs on YouTube are just horrible auto translate and any 'og' drama site that did have this series. Has removed any videos or the hosters were shutdown.
If anyone wants to read the book this series is based off of, send me a pm. I just finished translating the Chinese novel into English. Took about 3-4 weeks as I am very vigorous when translating things, always triple checking to ensure no fine details are missed.
Ha, I just found it on that site just now. I originally was looking for 'The Lychee Road' movie. Downloaded it and started to randomly browse the site for other movies to grab.
First episode caught my attention, so will make subtitles for the next four episodes. As long as it keeps my attention and/or people keep asking me for subs. I will continue this project.
I guess no one is subbing this - it's too bad since it looks good.
I am going to take a crack at this one. I can 100% make the subs but the only problem is getting the episodes. I've only found them on the Chinese drama sites, which you usually need to use a VPN from that part of the world (China/Hong Kong/Singapore/etc).
Right now I am using a VPN and trying to download the first episode, from two different sites. Using several command line tools, to try and figure out the fastest method. Because it seems like downloading a single episode could take about an hour long.
Then I have to do a check to see if they added those Chinese casino ads into the episode, which usually corrupts the video file. However once I have the first episode, this gives me an idea of when they insert the ads. I then will have to re-download the HLS stream in several parts, without the casino ads and merge the files back into a single video. Once I have a clean video of an episode, I can then start my subtitle process. I've spent about two years perfecting my subtitle script(s) & process, to ensure the highest quality and timings because I cringe when I see the most basic ai subtitle garbage.
Making a subtitle for a single episode, would probably take about 4-6 hours (as long as there are no download/sever issues). That's about 230 hours of someone's free time to subtitle the entire series. Hence why some shows people won't make subtitles for OR they just won't release them to the public. There are small private subtitle groups who trade subtitles for shows like this one, because everyone in the group understands the effort involved.
For now at least, I always release my subtitles for free and don't charge people. Depending on if the first episode peaks my interest, I will continue to make subtitles for it.

Looks like certain brands will have a chance to air the episodes first.
However, I can see that Tencent has episode 14 online for its VIP members.

For right now at least, I'll prob make the first 3 episodes and see how it goes.
