an adaptation worth seeing ?
finished 9/10 πI must say it's one of the best adaptations I've seen in a long time
I was afraid it wouldn't be up to the Korean standard, but overall they managed to give it a good performance π
I liked the main characters and the story... they managed to give it their typical J-drama touch, which I loved.
The villains were also up to par, my respect π
The chemistry was present although I admit that I would have liked more romantic moments and more kisses π€
I loved the villains' ending and I feel like it was the best part of it all β€οΈβπ₯
If I'm honest, this is how I wanted the Korean version of karma to be.
Yes, I think he wanted a wedding and children and it was strange that after 10 years they finally proposed to each other, but the truth is it didn't bother me that much β¨
I recommend this version, the same as the original story but still different in essence π

a peony that blooms in the face of adversity
finished 9/10 πSecond part of Flourished Peony and one of the premieres I was most looking forward to πβ¨
I have to say a lot of things about this drama... overall I really liked it, a well-made female-central drama and if I'm honest, one of the best I've seen π
Yang Zi is an actress I met thanks to this project, and I know I'll pay more attention to her work in the future.
Mudan became one of my favorite female characters... a woman who fought against all fate, always in a dignified and honest way β€οΈ
A story that takes us back to a time when women in the business world were non-existent, but she achieved it with so much effort and hard work.
Jiang, a charismatic but tough character... had a very good and mature personal growth β¨
The chemistry between the leads was already magical in the first part, and in this second part, the level rose to 100% β€οΈ
In part thanks to Yang Zi and Lixian's incredible personal friendship in real life π«Ά
Yes, I think that in terms of plot, the first part was a little more interesting, but overall there were 56 well-constructed chapters with a great message β¨
I took off some points for the villains' performance, which in my opinion was very null, it didn't meet my expectations
But I will definitely recommend this drama to everyone β¨
Thank you, Flourished Peony/In the Name of Blossom, for becoming the best thing to come out in 2025 π

A journey through the battle between humans and demons
finished 8.5/10 π*long review*
What a trip I had with #loveinpavilion
If I'm honest, my main reason for watching this drama was for the supporting roles and I was afraid of finding a boring story, However, I found that I enjoyed the overview more than I expected π
Now, let's get to what I liked most:
1) The protagonists, although they had criticism about their chemistry or their acting, I really liked them and enjoyed their moments both individually as individuals... I hadn't had the pleasure of seeing them perform before so I will try to look for more projects from both of them in the future π
2) The secondary characters were my main motivation and they didn't disappoint me.
The interesting thing is that most of them they achieved quite a bit of relevance after the drama was recorded, so in terms of strategy I feel that helped a lot.
I will make a special mention to my king Ding Yuxi who for me had the best cameo of all (I say this very objectively) he managed to exceed my expectations πβ¨
3) The special effects and the ost, I must say that they have been my favorites, they were in agreement and managed to capture each of the scenes
Now I'm going to talk about what I didn't like about the drama:
1) I feel it was poorly edited, at times there were scene jumps that left me confused and somewhat dazed
2) I feel like the number of episodes took its toll on them.
36 episodes weren't enough. A drama of this caliber deserved at least 50 episodes. They also wasted their time on the scenes, super lazy and silly.
3) There were characters that bored me to death, characters that drove me crazy, arcs that made me sleepy, and some really ugly costumes π
The good thing is that this was told so it didn't ruin my beautiful eyes
Having said all this, I have to be honest:
I knew what to expect and I'm not going to start criticizing it because everything was said in this story being a prequel.
There were actions I would have preferred to have been addressed differently, but I'm satisfied with the overall result.
This concludes this trip. ππ

a story of women and revenge ?
finished 9/10 π(long review)
I had a tremendous personal journey with this drama π
Between my work, waiting for the episodes to be translated, and avoiding spoilers... finally! I can say I've finished it!
Now let's get to the important stuff ‡οΈ
Overall, the story was very good.
It's NOT a romantic drama at all, so if you're looking for that, I recommend you skip it.
This story is 100% focused on its main protagonist and his journey through lies, secrets and dangers to find what he loves.
Chen Duling is an actress I'd only previously seen in TTEOTM, and while she never stood out to me, I feel like she nailed this character and gave a magnificent performance. π
Xin Yunlai had seen him in TLOSL as a secondary character, I really liked how he acted here... although his wardrobe was criticized and the fact that he doesn't have the "face for the historical ones" I feel that he brought out his character and he did it very well. π
SPECIAL MENTION TO:
Wen Zheng Rong πππππ
A tremendous actress, my goodness, a supporting character who captured my heart π
That woman deserves all the recognition in the world.
Xiwen's character took me on a great journey full of emotions.
I still suffer with her fate. ππ
What I didn't like about the drama:
The last 10 episodes were kind of mediocre for me.
I think the excitement of the first part of the plot was lost a bit.
The ending left me unsatisfied. I think these endings open to interpretation are in trend, but the truth is, I hate it.
I still enjoyed it, and it'll be a drama I'll remember fondly. π
Wonderful work. π

The story of a woman and her journey through flowers!
finished 9.5/10 πfirst part of flourished peony
i have loved each and every aspect of this drama
mudan's personal journey has been one of the most painful but also one of the most beautiful i have seen... a drama focused mainly on women who fight day after day to be independent and fulfill their dreams
Yangzi's performance touched me deep in the heart β€οΈ
Lixian with perfect charisma and a character to fear has given me a character that I loved with all my being π€
beautiful music, incredible scenery, heartbreaking, impressive and harmonious scenes... a cast that was up to par
i don't give it a full score because personally the last two chapters were filler although that doesn't take away from the magnificence I was
anxious for time to pass to see the second part πβ¨

medical trauma team in action!
finished 9.5/10 ππNetflix started off strong this 2025!
I'm not a big fan of medical kdramas but this one in particular became my favorite of the genre! a medical team headed by a particular trauma doctor, a young inexperienced doctor and a tough nurse β¨
I love stories where each chapter leads a different plot without losing the drama scene as suchAction, suspense and touches of comedy a perfect package!
I didn't give it a full rating because there were a couple of scenes that bored me.
But if I'm honest, it's one of the few premieres that saved the K-drama premieres this January!
I recommend it 100% π€

MASTERPIECE!!!
I will only say these words:MASTERPIECE!!!! π¬
1000/1000
Beautiful story, well-crafted script, just the right amount of action, suspense and intrigue.
praying that the protagonists have another drama together in the future πβ€οΈ
Each character was well cared for, each scene well planned, you could feel the pain, confusion and adrenaline of each of the characters.
15 well-summarized chapters, never felt like filler scenes or unnecessary arguments... this drama deserves much more recognition!

short crazy story!
finished 8.5/10 β¨Overall I liked it, it had very funny scenes and its theme seemed similar to extraordinary you in terms of the change of scenes and scripts... if I'm honest I like Nam Ja Yeom personality that of the protagonist of the spinoff I also like the personality of like gyu hyun that of the protagonist of the spinoff but it was excellent to pass the while.
I hope Lee Sangyi and Han Jihyun have another drama together in the future where they can shine more because they have great chemistry π―

reunion after 10 years!
finished 8/10 πβ¨The main couple was excellent, I also liked the secondary couple.
hooyoung as a character was my favorite a big green flag π
The script and the number of chapters was the big problem here.
Some things ended very quickly and needed better explanation.
The character of the mother and the ex-boyfriend were unnecessary and irrelevant to me.
The ending was bittersweet, I liked it in some ways and not in others.
I hope the main actors can reunite in another project in the future π

story of improvement!
I really wanted to see this cdrama because of the different reviews I had read!I'll be honest, it's not just a romantic story, it focuses more on personal improvement and appreciating family.
Although I love stories like these, I felt that sometimes the script deviated a little, the leading couple was a 10/10 π in terms of chemistry but a 7/10 in development above all in the last two chapters adding those twists that left me ????
but in general a passable story with an ost full of very beautiful songs and beautiful settings β¨

a story without voice or sound β¨
finished 9.5/10 πIt's a very nice movie with a simple script and beautiful characters, I applaud the main cast for their hard work in sign language, they did very well, It is not a very easy job π
Beautiful photography, direction and music
The ending has a very interesting and beautiful plot list, I recommend this movie 100%
ps: I look forward to the leads doing a romantic drama together because they have a lot of potential! I need more of them I'm obsessed in a good way π€

A chocolatier and a troubled CEO decide to embark on an anonymous love affair β¨
finished 8.5/10 β¨Pros:
A clichΓ© rom-com that touched on mental health issues like phobia and social anxiety... I loved how it somehow became a healing drama through the art of chocolate π
Hyojoo is definitely one of the best Korean actresses in the industry.
Her performances are so remarkable because she can slip into different roles and do it phenomenally.
Hana is an adorable character but at the same time very brave when trying to face her fears, on top of that it is noticeable how she studied quite a bit in the art of chocolate, an absolute queen π
The cast was mostly good and I liked the different stories they offered for the different sweets they sold at the chocolate shop π
The chemistry of the main couple was adorable and I liked that even as a couple they still had to work on achieving their personal goals, that made it more realistic for me β¨
Cons:
I feel like it's one of the many Asian series where the shortened episodes take their toll... I felt the last two were very rushed, and I would have liked to see more of Sosuke and Hana as a couple.
I feel like they dragged out Hana's "unrequited love" for too long.
Personally, I didn't like the secondary characters. On top of the fact that their approach wasn't explained very well, I didn't feel any chemistry between them at all and they made me very sleepy. I saw their scenes in x2.
Aside from those details, I think the drama is very good and worth checking out π

a script within a script βοΈ
finished 8.5/10 πWhat a journey we had with this drama, and its name does it justice: A Dream Within a Dream
Overall, I liked it. I think it was entertaining most of the time.
Something I highlight is the handling of hilarious comedy and black humor
This is an aspect that not everyone likes, but personally it is one of my favorite genres π
Liu Yuning, as always, does an excellent job. His role as Nang Heng has been my favorite of his so far, and I've become his number one fan βοΈ
Li Yitong is an actress I saw for the first time in this drama.
In most aspects, I understood some of the decisions she made for the sake of the plot, and she had a very good growth almost towards the end something I liked π
Now for the negative:
I felt like it got a bit boring halfway through, and the constant misunderstandings between Yimeng and Nang Heng had me stressed out.
I think Nang Heng suffered so much that it looked absurd π€·
Yimeng had a fixed obsession with Nang Heng's "supposed" evilness to the point where she looked silly and capricious when at times she looked intelligent and intriguing, which left me?
I admit that the ending was one of the best I've seen in terms of transmigration.
Although it is a striped genre, not all achieve harmony in this aspect and this drama at least achieved it β¨
I'm finishing my thread by recommending Dream Within a Dream if you want some dark comedy, hilarious situations, and a happy ending βοΈ

THE WEAK HERO IS BACK ?
finished 9.5/10 πWhat a ride we had with Weak Hero Class 2.
I think it was one of the most anticipated releases of 2025.
Honestly, I liked it more than I thought, and it met most of my expectations.
If I'm honest, I was afraid that Netflix would get their hands on the project... But they managed to maintain the story's core:
fighting, friendship, strategy, and drama
all with memorable characters π
I want to highlight two performances:
Ryeo, how Baku was 1000/1000, what an incredible character, I fell in love with him the first time I saw him π€©
Another one who stood out for me was Lee Jun Young.
I don't understand why he doesn't get more recognition.
This man can act ANYTHING. π
I admire him so much. He truly deserves all the good things. π«Ά
I don't give it a 10 because there were a couple of fights I saw on X2 that bored me a little, I admit, but the rest was great.
I love you whc π«π

100% action and intrigue
finished 9.5/10 β¨πa story that I really wanted to see... honorable mention to the performance of ji sung, a great actor with an enormous career who deserves all the credit π
The rest of the cast also did an incredible job.
14 chapters that summarized the story well, in the end living up to its name, connection... everything in the end was connected
There was only one small detail that I didn't like in the ending and I would have liked more development but overall a great job β¨
