the search for a lost brother
finished 9/10 πWhat a trip filled with beautiful landscapes and an impeccable story you gave me, dear Hongrang π
It's been a while since a Korean historical film excited me so much.
Lee Jaewook is impeccable and proves once again that this type of role suits him perfectly β¨
Boah performed excellently, especially in his melancholic scenes. I could feel his pain and anguish through his character π
Kim Jaewook as a villain, which was spectacular, although I felt that I needed more of him. I wanted to see more representation of his character and I was left wanting more π
A heartbreaking but healing ending that teaches us that someone always comes into our lives who gives us a purpose for living.
It may not be a kdrama for everyone, but for those of us who love the historical genre, I must say that this kdrama is incredible π

Two religious sects fighting for divine power!
finished 8/10 β¨πIn general it followed the same line of the first season, Kim Sung Cheol did a great job although I admit that at first it was hard for me to get into the rhythm... the ending was super open, let's hope there is a third part... there was a lot of politics that's why I gave it this score, it bored me at times, I would have liked to see more special effects like in the first part but overall it is watchable
Last thing to mention but not least, the ending of Lee Re's character left me super bad, I didn't think I would cry with her π₯²

a black dragon in love with his maiden
finished 8.5/10 πOverall I liked it... despite the bad press about the age difference between its protagonists and the childishness of the story, I think they managed to create something solid, fun, and with a sweet romance
If I have something to criticize, it would be two key points that made me drop a few points:
1) The grandmother plot was a bit rushed. I would have liked a deeper conversation or a more complete dramatic arc to "solve" that problem.
2) The secondary characters
I know a lot of people liked them, but I found them so x... I thought he was super cute as a character, but she was very toxic and they managed to "justify" her reluctance to love a little, but still, so-so.
I'm finishing my thread by recommending this drama if you want to watch something light and binge-watchable β¨

a journey through the tangerines of life
finished 10/10First K-drama of the year I give 10 and without a doubt a masterpiece π
A journey through the years filled with love but also many difficulties and pain
A story that takes us to the struggle of women to fulfill their dreams and be happy
When you watch this story, you feel like you're putting all your feelings and thoughts into each of the subplots.
A magnificent script and beautiful performances.
I hope I can erase this story from my memory so I can revisit it as if it were the first time.
I'll miss you all π
pd: Gwansik and Aesun
I'm going to miss you. You're a big part of me. π«Ά

seoul written in the heart β¨
finished 10/10 πsecond kdrama after WLGYT that I give a full rating to π
What a journey I had with this story, I didn't think I'd like it so much ππ
A beautiful story about two sisters and their journey of discovery and healing... without a doubt one of the best of 2025
Park Bo Young is an established actress... her choice of projects lately has been incredible.
She always touches on plots about mental health and embracing second chances simply the best π
I loved everything from the scenery to the sound.
Each subplot was well-cared for, nothing was left unresolved, and it showed clear realism towards the characters β¨
A comfortable ending full of nuances and facets, although I'm not a fan of open endings, the way they portrayed it has been one of the best I've seen.
Thank you, our unwritten Seoul, for being the comfort that was with me all this time. You will have a special place in my heart π

a fake marriage with true love
finished 8.5/10 β¨Pros:
I loved Xuyan's personal story and her growth, everything she went through from a childhood filled with resentment to her adulthood. She always fought for her dreams, and even though she made mistakes, she knew how to recognize them and move forward. π
Her relationship with Shaoming's family, from her mother-in-law to Hauchen, not only taught her how to have a family but also taught each and every one of them to have beautiful values β¨
The theme of the traditional clothing company was super interesting, and I loved how this made her connect with her sister and together they smoothed over the rough edges of a dysfunctional family. πHer relationship with her grandmother was beautiful. In my opinion, a woman who deserves heaven for all the hard work she did in teaching Xuyan to stand on her own two feet. β¨
Cons:
I liked the dynamic of the main couple at first, but then it became very toxic. I feel like Shaoming's forgiveness to Xuyan was too superficial, and she suffered too much for him π€·
The secondary characters were boring at times, although I liked them as characters. What happened with Qiao Lan's ex-boyfriend and the company was too much filler. They gave too much importance to a character who was extremely irrelevant to the plot.
I would have liked more scenes of Shaoming rebuilding his relationship with Hauchen.
I feel like they forgot about him at the end and didn't explain well whether his health improved despite everything.
An interesting and very realistic drama 100% recommended.

In a world where there is always a beacon of hope ?
finished 9.5/10 πWhat a wonderful journey I had with Reborn, a drama I didn't know I needed but that came to me at the crucial moment π
A raw, realistic and above all reflective story that makes us question how far we are willing to go to be happy.
This year has definitely been Zhang Jing Yi's year, his two 2025 dramas have been among the best of the year for me... She has a magic hand for choosing good products and always offers us an impeccable performance πβ¨
Zhou Yiran is a growing actor and he's doing very well. I loved his character and the personal growth he's had.
I have to highlight the script, which was IMPECCABLE, and the performances OUTSTANDING ππ
23 chapters where the direction and execution of the drama show you different nuances... you can't help but cry or feel angry because its characters captivate you.
Simply incredible.
I didn't put all the punctuation although I was tempted to do so because I would have liked the reconciliation not to have taken so long but for everything else it's incredible β¨

under the olive tree
finished 8.5/10 πWhat can I say about this cdrama?
I started it because of the amount of good comments I read from my mutals
I warn you that it is not an easy story, don't be fooled by the poster... It is heartbreaking, realistic, hard, sad and full of hate.
At the same time it portrays dreams of hope and freedom
a plot full of twists where you learn that nothing is what it seems β¨
My applause for Chen Zheyuan's performance which is his best role so far especially in the second part of the drama) π
I liked the chemistry with Liangjie... They had moments full of tension and good chemistry β€οΈβπ₯
I criticize a little the handling of the script and the way the characters developed in a certain part of the plot
the misunderstanding between the main characters there came a point where I got bored and frustrated a lot
The bittersweet ending (I personally didn't like it) but that doesn't mean I'm saying it's bad
Overall, it's enjoyable and I recommend it 100%

female boss + male secretary = love scout
finished 9/10 πOverall I really liked it, a middle-aged romance between a strong, independent woman and a handsome, family-oriented man.
The office theme, the different clients and their stories was another of the things I liked the most, an incredible ost and exceptional photography π
Two aspects that I would criticize are the development of the secondary couple that was at the last moment. I would have liked to see more scenes of the two of them.
I felt that the ending was very simple and I missed some closure.
However, the story is enjoyable and I recommend it 100% β¨π

Action and comedy in the style of Naruto
finished 8/10 πwhat can I say? I really wanted to see this drama because of dylan
the first 15 chapters were good and I liked the touch of comedy it had... then the script went to waste down, too many subplots in a short time, too many characters to count!
I thought Princess lian would have a more special role although she was a character invented by the scriptwriter and is not in the original book but she only served to be the "romantic" of the drama and even that was not harmonious because it looked super tacky
The ending is super open to a second season that I don't know if I'll watch
As I understood from the credits, I'll have a spin-off of xuqian's father, so I have no idea what's going to happen with the story π€·

the queen of tragedies!
just finished! In general I liked it, I think what stood out the most for me was the acting of the protagonists and their chemistry, you could feel that it went beyond the screen πNow let's go with the script, it had good plot twists but it also had scenes that were left over... too much drama for my taste, especially in the last two episodes.
The ending... was more perfect than I had imagined... was it the ideal? I think so... what if I expected more? The truth is that yes but I was satisfied

group of doctors in action
finished 8.5/10 πOne of the Kdramas I was most looking forward to seeing since it was set in the same world as Hospital Playlist π
Overall I really liked it, it follows the same rhythm and consistency in addition to the different stories that converge within the Yulje hospital π€
There were characters that I loved from the first time I saw them, like my beautiful Yi Young, who went back to work to pay off a debt and found herself slowly falling in love with her job β¨
Jaeil, a former idol who took up medicine as a second option after failing in his debut β¨
There were also other characters that drove me crazy, from the main cast to the guests, but I must say it was a pleasure to watch this story on air π
As for the ending, they left it open to a second season and I hope they keep it, I would like to see more π
Maybe medical dramas aren't for everyone (I include myself on that list) but I feel like they're worth checking out β¨

karma at its finest
finished 9/10 πThis kdrama lives up to its title.
What a ride we had with only 6 episodes.
I'm a firm believer that karma is a powerful thing, and this story proves it.
impeccable script handling, striking performances and astonishing plot twists
I adore Minah, and although her role wasn't very prominent, she showed one of my favorite performances of hers.
More than anyone, I prayed that she would get her justice, and in the end, that's how it turned out π₯Ή
I'm not giving it a full score because I would have liked a better execution with a certain character.
But it's still enjoyable and perfect for a marathon.
100% recommended β¨π

a youth film with a curly-haired girl
finished 9/10 πWhat a surprise I got with this movie, I liked it a lot, a youthful and retro atmosphere of the 90s with a sweet touch, both the protagonists and the main cast did an incredible job... I don't know how it felt for the two hours that the whole plot lasted, I liked how they focused on friendship and romance in addition to giving us small touches of drama... the ending was good, I would have liked more scenes of the protagonists and their romance as a couple but highly recommended 100% π

Love between a Japanese man and a Korean woman!
finished 9/10 β¨πfull-blown romantic melodrama π
Awesome chemistry between Lee Se Young and Kentaro Sakaguchi... a nice surprise especially since they don't share the same language, that speaks volumes about the great work they did π
Special mention to Lee Se Young who alternated between Korean and Japanese in the different scenes, she deserves all the awards I loved her β¨
I don't give it 10 points because I felt that the ending was missing "something" maybe with a couple of chapters to explain things better it would have been perfect but you can enjoy it
I hope both countries do more collaborations like this in the future. π
