I can validate this to be true lol, it’s definitely one of the worst, TKEM’s ending shares it equally for…
Totally agree. Most Kim Eunsook dramas are like that. With exception of maybe a couple of them it is just visual pleasure and swooning moments without depth. I also agree on the lack of chemistry between the leads. I actually haven't felt LMH's charm since City Hunter with PMY.
I prefer to see a storyline that flows naturally, and picks up more themes such as the title. Which is not the…
I agree, that's what I meant by the whole 'triangle narrative' the Reply series have. I hate that and I agree it's doing injustice to HJP's character. But i guess the writer sees this as his important role to play in the drama. I disagree, I think his relationship with grandma is the pulling factor and having them settle as sibling-like relationship would be the best.
About the people saying it's just because of his big hands: I think it's not the hands themselves, but the reassurance…
No I'm not referring to when she was young, I'm referring to the period before she joined sandbox. When she went to that event where her sister and mom were. That's the point where she was most vulnerable as an adult.

Does it? I think the story is being built to break HJP's heart. it's very much what R94 did with Chilbong. But what I see now and I didn't see then, is that the female lead has no romantic feelings for HJP/CB. The audience loves the character but the FL is clearly in love with NDS/Seuregi. Whether that is fair to HJP/CB's character or not is not the point.
Ofc, if the story ends up with 'putting an end to the first love' and having the 'story rational' choice as end game, it's ok. I just don't see that happening.
Seeing HJP supporters being pressed in the comment section gives me perspective. As a person who rooted for Chilbong…
About the people saying it's just because of his big hands: I think it's not the hands themselves, but the reassurance it gave her at the moment she was most vulnerable.
NDS saved her in front of the two people she wanted to keep face and at that moment when he placed his hands on hers to hold onto him, she fell for him. Ofc at the time she associated the letter-NDS with the person next to her, so it was the combination of what she imagined and the real person that secured her falling for him.
Surely things would be different if HJP revealed himself as letter-NDS and she never met real NDS, but the real NDS walking side-by-side on their struggle journey also established her love. So when the lie was exposed, even though rationally she 'should' be in love with HJP, emotionally the person she's been building 'love' in real life was NDS. And it all started at that moment he put his hands on hers.
Seeing HJP supporters being pressed in the comment section gives me perspective. As a person who rooted for Chilbong in 1994 and Junghwan in 1988, I know exactly how they feel. Which gives me relief that I've been on the NDS train all along. The whole triangle thing is the only thing I hate about the Reply series, I think I'd have hated this drama if I was on HJP team.
I can validate this to be true lol, it’s definitely one of the worst, TKEM’s ending shares it equally for…
TKEM was also meh if you think about them having to escape their realities to be together but at least given the setup of the drama universe it made sense AND they were together somehow...
Criticism doesn't equal hate. Please don't label people as haters for stating their opinion. You can just say it…
You're not trying to start an argument, but you attack my 'opinion' when right above my comment there is one calling someone annoying/overrated/ugh but you have nothing to say to that. Please stop involving me in your fake self-righteousness, thank you.
As for your comment on my 'favorite group', which God knows how you came up with that, as per my original comment I've watched every single episode of RM in the past 10 years, so my defence of the guests had everything to do with the show and nothing with kpop. But if you don’t want to understand my point, you do what you want.
And my gut is telling me that they wanted to end it as him being dead, and then added the scene of him being back…
Right? to be honest, the whole thing with him being dead made no sense and I thought it'll be a fake out, but they dragged it so long that for me the only thing 'making sense' is that he's indeed dead and she dreamt the last scene!
Imagine how heartless he'd be if he was alive for 5 years and left all the people he cared about think of him as dead!

Then you can take my comment as 'stating my opinion' too.
The episode (and guests) did not deserve those harsh comments so clearly the people who would bother to leave such a comment had other intentions for doing it. If you're gonna attack me for 'insulting people' then maybe you should also consider dropping the double standards.

And my gut is telling me that they wanted to end it as him being dead, and then added the scene of him being back as a cookie, like people can even interpret it as a dream of Rara's and he's actually dead-dead.
Overall the drama had bad plot issues but it worked out because of the great cast and feelgood mood. Then episode 15 became a 100% cliche and episode 16 was like the writer had a brain transplant! This is seriously one of the worst endings I've ever seen.
Contrary to what the comments below say, the black pink episode was fun. Running man has different guests every time so naturally people will like some more than others, but having watched this show for the past 10 years, the BP episode was decent. The only people who would bother leaving such negative comment are haters.
Calling her 'easy' when she was literally hanging on to him for a decade? With what right??Episode 7, acted like…
He did say "if one thing had happened differently", in the sense that it was out of his control and using the circumstances as an excuse for not being honest. And she only lied AFTER he said he couldn't make it, to save face for believing him again and being rejected for the 100th time. Her reaction was natural, he was a coward as always. And quite frankly, he didn't realize his feelings late, although he says it that way (always the victim). He was choosing to ignore his feelings, and that was obvious at the end of episode 8 when he said he'll have a crush on her longer than she had on him (with the flashback showing us that he had a crush on her this whole time). Anyway, you can justify his actions if you want, but I personally find his selfishness unbearing. You wouldn't want a person like that in your life.
Okay, episode 8 and I had enough, dropping this. The ML is simply disgustingly toxic. Intentionally trying to…

Episode 7, acted like a victim again, blaming the circumstances ("if only one thing was done differently"), when they only thing he had to do is be honest and say he got into an accident on the way to meet her. Just, no. Drama is drama, but this is ridiculously pointless.

Is he crazy or what? He keeps saying all the lovers sentences and then say "friends". What the hell is this.JTBC…
I think it's his complex from his divorced parents. he doesn't want to make it romantic to not end up like them. I agree it's toxic behaviour towards her... It reminds me of I need Romance 2012...
