It hasn't been even 15mins into ep 3 but honestly I get the FL...she made the right choice to leave the ML behind.

The guy can't even make his mum see sense about her own life's crappy choices...let alone be there for the FL (waiting for her doesn't count since she kept chasing him away).

Hope things change from his side soon since right now the SML or just being on her own seems to be a way better option🙈

(The ML is sweet but he isn't really built for the FL's situation..atleast not yet)

Since they were a campus couple and they married really young, may be Byeol's mum got cold feet?

We know that Eun Ho was living alone or at least was self sufficient since he was a kid so may be he had this burning passion to always have a family as soon as he can but perhaps it wasn't the case with Eun Ho's mum since she too was really young/ barely started with her career?

You mean One Spring Night right? I recall she kept pushing that ML away at first because their situation with the SML was messed up but can't recall if they broke up after they became official 🙈


With Love Scout, i don't think his single parent status will be an issue since CEO Kang doesn't have parents to meddle with her life and it looks like Eun Ho doesn't either to guilt him into anything.

The non existent mum might be a problem though😅 but hopefully they won't drag it since Byeol already likes the FL at least as a trusting grown up figure and she seems to resent the mum for abandoning her anyway.

Her rival CEO nemesis is super annoying though 🤦‍♀️

It does feel like they might add a "noble idiocy" sacrifice scene isn't it?

He seems to like her too if you watch his actions at the end of ep 4/ beginning of ep 5- he too leaned in towards her/ held her tenderly when she dosed off on his shoulder during the drunk scene in her office.

The SML seems to have some kind of history with the FL so it's possible he might have a misguided crush on her which stems from his admiration over her?

But the way things are progressing, it looks like he will get a partner (SFL) before the drama ends.

Right now he just gives out this "cheeky bro" vibe🙈

I even saw some fans were trying to understand why CSB's video message was played last from the batch they had during YYS's fan meeting today 🙈

It's only a guess but it kind of looked like HeeJoo forgave him for everything he did while SE was away? After serving his sentence, I guess SE wanted to give him a second chance since he knew first hand how terrible things must have been like for PDJ?


I agree that it was a terrible move from PDJ's side to involve HJ after he found out the truth. Based on his reaction at the hospital, I guess may be PDJ was in a state of denial where he tried to believe that our SE deserves to get punished too for benefitting from the kidnapper's life? To him, our SE was a leeche profitting off his brother's murderer's life? It was easier to blame SE than accept the fact that he wasted all his time and resources?

What were the loose ends in the murder plotline? Genuinely curious since from what I recall they covered it pretty extensively almost from the point they introduced Sang Woo to the HBC team🙈

But wasn't the whole point of the drama on how HeeJu overcame her mum's abuse, brought Sa Eon back to his senses, ALWAYS overpowered the kidnapper, and despite everything, she did overcome all her fears?

Even during their 3 years together, despite SE's cold behaviour, she still dominated their relationship. The only thing that was lacking was his emotional support.

Heeju can't be classified as a damsel in distress since she never gave up on herself even when times were bleak (yes she got kidnapped several times but she saved herself most of the time).

As for the doormat comment, it wasn't like she was blindly following her mum- she had her reasons. And by the end of the drama she even managed to draw a line with her too- took control of their relationship.

Her treatment is not that fictional in some cases. There are way worse parents and spouses in real life so HeeJu's experience and her way of overcoming her abuse is quite refreshing honestly

Technically we did get sibling rivalry every time Chairman Hong antoganized papa Baek whenever he praised SE/ everytime papa Baek locked horns with SE 😉

The way he whined at his exasperated wife after the dinner meeting scene was hilarious🤣

If you really think about it, it's kind of sad how the only 3 people Sa Eon trusted with his life either misunderstood him (PDJ and HeeJu) or had to abandon him (his guardian)🫠

Personally i find ep 12 is more easy to watch if you consider the fact that the main events happened within 1 month and understand that the MC faced a life time of trauma that can't be expected to magically heal within 2-3 weeks? Their actions are more understandable then.🙈

Also it helps if you try to keep in mind of what we know about the ML's past as a professional / requests he made to the FL in the past so that certain scenes will make more sense.

Also the main reason for the mass rating drop was due to a misunderstanding with 1 line (10 seconds barely) and isn't really related to the episode itself.

The MC's story had a satisfying ending if it helps :)
