I think chairman hong was aware that In-a will be escaping before marriage and he helped her. Cause when Mr. Baek…
Chairman Hong definitely knows their secret since he's been antoganizing Sa Eon's dad at every moment they have screentime together. It's probably how In Ah found out too (probably by accident)
"whether it's parents or family there's always a chance for revenge" :--)
Oooh this makes a lot of sense!
Even from the beginning he never really had an intension of marrying Heeju. The only reason why he switched the brides was because Heeju was about to get married off to a scumbag.
Loserdom.? I don't agree. Being cold like a robot with some kind of sociopathic tendencies, was not a win in my…
No worries but don't skip the epilogues- they add so much more nuance to the story!!! Specially loved ep 6's epilogue 🥲
About the switched sons theory- it wasn't in an epilogue/ the show hasn't confirmed it yet but based on the fact that the psychotic kid from the SML's past and the son Sa Eon's mum was mourning for is the same, it kind of is the most reasonable explanation. Specially since out of anger, Sa Eon once told HJ that people like his parents are evil enough to switch their own children (the elevator scene after the family dinner) as well as the fact Sa Eon's mum practically forced him to eat sushi just because her son "likes fish" during a childhood flashback scene..
Here is my theory guys!!One of the missing twins is sa eon and the other one is that kidnapperThe dream where…
I don't think Sa Eon's mum is involved (at least for now). She's sacrificed too much to get to where she is, which is why she's always mad at the dad for not behaving like a proper presidential candidate.
She might change her stance though if the kidnapper really is her son. Consider this as a second chance for her to help her child?
The drama seems to have a theme with second chances (Sa Eon and In Ha's relationships with HJ for instance as well as SML's chance to get justice for his friends), so it wouldn't be a surprise really.
If anything, the drama keeps reminding us to speak up- communicate your thoughts- whether it's with a spouse,…
TMAI! It was sooo good to see HeeJu reclaim her voice even if it's with sign language 🔥
And SE acknowledging her presense in front of his team was just everything- specially the last 10 minutes. As harrowing as her odeal was, they finally got to rewrite the past 🥲🥲🥲
Did they date someone else during there time apart?
She had a crush on the school nurse but based on how the nurse is stand offish with dating in general, i don't think they actually ever dated. He did reject her drunk confession though.
*** The MC's dating past isn't very clear but based on the way they behave it probably was at a minimum at best and nothing serious.
The ML's dating past isn't mentioned except for the fact that he said it's probably been about 7 years (but it's not clear if he was just saying that to annoy the FL since he's aware of the school nurse crush). Based on the flashbacks, his dad's comments on his personality, and the way he's been behaving since Ep 1, it's also possible he never really moved forward (or if he did try dating again, it was very brief).
1.yes .not annoying but cute2.sml is cute sfl is the reason of their breakup, most annoying3 . basically after…
Nope- the MC only loves eachother. The SFL is toxic and delulu (but hopefully will snap out of it soon). The SML is a bit like a hopeless puppy but harmless (though he can be abit too overprotective when it comes to the FL).

I feel like this might be foreshadowing. Young Sa Eon may have been cooking something for years - he seemed too determined for a kid when he said that line 🙈
also i don't get why SJW is so forgiving of CJH like he clearly knows she was behind them falling apart so bad…
Perhaps it's because he knows that once YJ finds out the truth, it's going to wreak her? He needs to first let YJ find out the truth and based on her response he'll support it?
Guess after 18 years of hurt, to find out that they were torn apart because of such a rediculous reason is just so overwhelming that you just end up feeling tired, resigned, and pity for everybody involved?

It was mentioned in ep 2's epilogue- In Ah tried to blackmail Sa Eon into cancelling the wedding ("i'll expose your family's secret" or something along the same lines). That was the moment Sa Eon suggested switching brides instead.
Even from the beginning he never really had an intension of marrying Heeju. The only reason why he switched the brides was because Heeju was about to get married off to a scumbag.
He really was ready to sacrifice everything 🫠🫠🫠
Wouldn't be surprised if Sa Eon declares the tree as a national treasure if he had the power to do so🙈

I couldn't even avoid spoilers barely 30 minutes into the live air 🙈🙈🙈

And we all know that SE has enough endurance and patience enough to do just that.

I really loved it when SE told HJ that the world will not end if she speaks.🥲
Oh also apparently it's been 18 years since Goong was released so it's really perfect as SJ and YJ too reunited after 18 years❤️🙈
Can we bet on them having a fake breakup vs. a real break up instead?🙊🥲

(Ngl the MC is too kind for their own good).
