Point 2- he always loved her but it's kind of a quiet love that evolved over the years? From something innocent and pure filled with awe and gratitude to a romantic love later on?
If you have watched Hidden Love, I'd say SE's love journey is kind of similar to the ML from Hidden Love, only his backstory is wayyyyyyyy more complex and dark? ***
"Adult love" kind of began when he was in his late 20s more or less. It's not covered in the drama yet but in the novel, SE and HJ loose contact once he grows up and moves away. Once he is officially back home years later, the first time he sees her again, the way the writer depicts his thought process almost sounds like "love at first sight". But because of his complicated life and his own hidden agenda, he didn't have any intention of pursuiting Heejoo for her own good. The only reason he intervened was because of her impending terrible marriage.
He still restrained himself though for the reasons AH explained above. That's why as soon as he understood HeeJoo's feelings about him and their marriage better, he started to change and let go of all his restraints (while still being mindful that HJ's safety still takes procedence even over their love).
Guys is drama related to time travel? I haven't started watching it yet, is it worth watching?
It's more close to a creepy alternate reality/ purgatory? At first you might find it confusing but almost all doubts will be cleared withij the first 4 episodes🙊

I read on X that the Apartment complex resembles the compartments in the morgue. The reason why the Bus guy kept fleeting through life and death in the hospital was symbolized through the fact that every night he went back to the apartment was his way of "dying". The reason why the suitcase lady "killed" him and presumably stuffed him into the suitcase was her way of stopping him from staying in the "apartment" for too long? I mean, ever since she "killed" him, the ICU didn't have any incidents related to him after all.
This is also the reason why the school girl's mum always asks her to bring light bulbs every night but they don't work. It was confirmed in ep 4 that her mum is dead and is now lying in the morgue.
I guess the neighborhood might be an alternate reality? Kind of like purgatory?
Have you watched Alice in Borderland (season 2 in particular)? The end of ep 4 kind of reminded me of how they concluded the season if it helps to make it more clear.

The childish behaviour started again because the ML thought the FL snubbed him when they first met at the school after so long right? He was planning to act mature and even stay out of his dad's petty revenge but after he got snubbed, things kind of got escalated between the 2 of them?
(They seriously need to communicate more though- not sure if even the glasses-snub dabacle was cleared between them)

One thing that comes to mind is that on Lovely Runner's first episode's air date, there was an actual Eclipse IRL. The drama also literally started with an eclipse too (and the ML's band is called Eclipse).
The timing was pretty perfect since I wasn't even keen about the drama before it started. But that serendipitous scene, really made it feel special🙈
There's probably other examples too but I'm blanking out atm.
If it helps, the SML will probably be the one to clear all their misunderstandings and bring that snake to justice…
Oh yeah, you are right! The short haired teacher might figure out about her old crush since she already noticed and called out the SFL for being a frienemy even in ep 1.

Both the ML and Fl are still too traumatized by their breakup. They should first move on from their heart break before dragging other people into their mess🙊

It's essentially an extended version of Ground Hog day or other indirectly similar Time loop dramas. Repetition is unavoidable 😅

I meant in ep 1, the teacher pointed out when SFL wasn't supporting the FL's side at the beginning of the episode during the staff meeting.

Not blaming the FL, but she needs to be more alert. It's too easy to take advantage of her 🤷♀️
Is her trauma so bad, that she purposefully lets things slide with the SFL since she's the only constant in her life other than her grandpa?

FL is too naive and the ML is too isolated from the group..at least for now to realize that they are being manipulated.🫠
