How does this compare with Queen of tears? That Drama Was a big disappointment for me and Is still rated highly…
You can't really compare the 2 since the stories are different but i personally enjoyed LR more (no hate to QoT since i absolutely loved the FL and most of the other characters in it but melodrama isn't really my thing).
LR doesn't have family melodrama and is much more light hearted (despite the obvious angst).
If you like time travel and don't get too obsessed with the fine details that come with time travel, it's worth trying :)
The added bonus is that the OST is amazing and you can't help falling for all the leads (not just the ML and FL )
Maybe they want him to change his hairstyle..๐คญI just finish watching the interview too.. the subs was helpful...…
Think it's a regional thing as well as because of advertizing.
Like Maggi amd it's signature "crack" is the closest we have for Ramen where i come from. My mum was offended the first time i made one myself because i refused to "break" the cake into bits before making it since i wanted to slurp them or whatever you call eating the long ones๐
hm story up to 11ep was flawless, but then something is wrong with logic, like she doesn't want him to sing elier…
The thing is originally, our Sol wasn't aware of the kidnapping. She lost all her memories of the accident. She only finally understood that she was kidnapped when she got all her memories back when Sanjae saved her when she fell into the resovoir (remember the drunk man incident?).
It wasn't until Sanjae's death in ep 8 and investigation in ep 9, she finally realized why he kept dying (since the police revealed his killer was the same guy who tried to kidnap her back in 2008)
Sanjae was always murdered because he kept screwing up the taxi driver's plans. Ep 1, they thought it was a suicide because there was no stabbing. It's implied Sanjae was drugged unconscious and pushed down the balcony because in ep 9 they show the driver tried to use a white rag on him but failed.
-----
Reason for leaving him alone for 15 years- the common denominator in Sol's pov is that sanjae dies because he saved her. So by avoiding him, he will have no contact with Sol so will not get dragged into her kidnapping. In episode 15, we learn the true connection behind the taxi driver and Soljae, but you gotta be patient :)

Kim Hyung Joong's version hits differently though- it really feels like Sanjae is singing it๐
BWS's interview with Hyeri
(I might have got the song wrong though)
Edit: it's "I Think I did" by Yoo Hwe Seung from N'Flyin :)
The beauty of LR is that alot of things are subtext so you need to keep an eye for the hidden details๐
I still find new things that were previously missed when ever i login to MDL or rewatch favourite scenes๐

"Gonna come back and take you home"
But it does capture Sanjae's pov
At least LR can increase their international ratings even more than it already has๐
Specially for the fans who had no choice but to stream online since they don't have viki subscription/ access to the other official networks.
Far away - Nickleback
(the lyrics are pretty perfect for their saga and the song is quite underrated)
As a bonus, your fashion sense is now BWS certified- a bid deal considering his history as a model๐
