It was obvious taxi driver killed him in ep1 for his revenge as he was sent to jail because of Sunjae. In Ep1 and…
Considering how many are complaining that the scenes are repetitive, i guess it makes sense why they didn't show.πŸ™Š

Since Sanjae wasn't stabbed in the original timeline and it kind of looked like he ignored the doorbell, the killer might have sneaked into the room and pushed him down the balcony.
(SJ in the original timeline wasn't as mentally strong as ep 8 Sanjae/ he was already exhausted with everything and likely drunk too abit so it wouldn't have been difficult to overpower him)

After ep3 when Sol was sent back to future for the first time, Sunjae was still dead in that changed timeline…
It's a different timeline :)
Most of the original events didn't change in the first time she timetravelled. That's why Sol was still paralysed/ Sanjae's suicide was assumed.

I've just one doubt. Did Sol really stayed there for whole 15 years after ep13 time-travel, or she came back after…
I guess if we know that the watch has to be physically there for you to go back to the present time, it would have been helpful. If you must have the watch, then Sol would have to go through life again from 2008 onwards since she didn't have the watch in the new timeslip's flashbacks.

But more likely not, probably she did not have to spend the entire 15 years since 2008.
At most she would have gone back to May 2009 based on the new watch's timestamp.

Perhaps she went back to the 7th of May 2009 in the new timeline we are on and then on the 10th of May 2009 she was transported back to December 2022/ January 2023 like what was originally planned by the other watch?

It's abit confusing since "seen several seasons" is too vague πŸ™ˆ

The way Sol reacts when she sees the "new" world shows that she has had time to heal and accept her fate but it still seems abit too fresh for 15 years of pining.

I've got so many questions. It was good and logical up to ep 12, but ep 13 and 14 opened up a few plotholes imo.…
1. Preventing Sanjae from knowing her existence is mutually exclusive from Taesung's story. So she can still repeat the same adjustments she did in the previous timelines without getting noticed by Sanjae (this is why Sol's brother won the lottery just like she planned back in 2009- she simply just gave him the numbers in 2008 in the new timeline).

Taesung and Sanjae only started talking to eachother because of Sol. So Sol's friendship with Taesung will not affect Sol's plan to avoid Sanjae.

It also doesn't look like Sanjae and Taesung are really aware of eachother since In Hyuk didn't recognize Sol's name when he saw the resignation letterπŸ™Š At most, In Hyuk might only know Sol as Taesung's friend or crush and nothing more.

2. Yes, he's a cop. Probably through the usual way. In 2008 and 2009 we did see that KTS had the potential to become one. He was also the first to notice Sol's personality change. The thing about the original timeline is that we only got the Bestie's pov of him. For all we know, KTS may have changed after he dropped out of schoolπŸ™Š

Points 3-5: think it's better to wait till next week. They'll probably explain this. There are too many theories out now that the actual reason might not be enough which can apoil your experience πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

Think we'll get Sonaki back in ep 15 based on the preview if the taxi driver can mind his own business for long…
Haha i'd love some cavities too ngl.

Sanjae might not "feel" the meaning behind Sonaki at first but given all his visions and dreams, this is only a temporary issue.

The world can still find out that Sanjae was the one who wrote the song for his first love if he gets all his memories back before the movie% ost release date πŸ˜‰

Tbf she did try back in 2009 but neither Sol nor San Jae were willing to compromise (it was always to sacrifice themselves instead of risking the other's safety)

Netflix really pulled an uno-reverse with 20th Century Girl nglπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

Not complaining though- i wouldn't have found out about BWS if i knew it had a sad ending πŸ™ˆ

It's not mentioned yet. We might get more details in ep 15 perhaps?Although, since she did move in May 2008, perhaps…
Guess there are too many elements to consider tbh.

Even in all the past timelines, the driver was oiginally caught and sent to jail. Except for the last 2009 timeline, SanJae died AFTER he was released. So catching him alone isn't enough...they need enough proof to lock him up for good.

I think we will get a better explanation on this in ep 15. Knowing Sol, i don't think she would have just kept quiet all this time.

Grandma with dementia also remembers things that never happened. Also Sol's brother is playing the lottery numbers…
I guess we need to wait till ep 15 to find out the exact reason. The show has been pretty subtle with the way they explain things so fae so we have to keep a lookout for the clues in the next episodeπŸ™ˆ

IMO i feel like because Sol has been manipulating the timelines so much, she may have caused some kind of crack in their "universe" (sorry this is not the correct term but i honestly can't remember what you call it)πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Even the latest timeline while it's different, there are still traces of the old timelines only they are juggled and re-sorted (like the scene in the bar, Sanjae's "why are you crying" comment, to even Sol's car which was originally her bestie's in the original timeline).

Eventhough the new 2023 Sanjae didn't live through the past events, Sol's script was powerful enough to let him see through the "cracks"? His experience was after all the most traumatic one- it's bound to leave some kind of trace πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š

There's bound to be some kind of kdrama magic explanation anyway so let's see 🫒

Why are we so quick to forget the time-travel element of the drama? Trust the process y’all. Time travel is…
Exactly

Even " Sudden Shower" seems to be safe since we know he still holds concerts/ he is moved by the lyrics in the script/ preview shows that he is infront of a piano in a recording studio or auditorium πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

From what i've noticed, there's this magnetic reaction bet ween SolJae and the killer.

Sol always faces the taxi driver after she cross paths with Sanjae. (The original timeline, if Sanjae didn't ring the bell she wouldn't have got down at the resovoir/ second timeline, she wouldn't have been in the bus to begin with if she wasn't looking for Sanjae).

So eventhough as at 7th Dec 2023, Sol hasn't met the taxi driver, this doesn't mean that they are safe. It's just that their fate is only being delayed.πŸ™Š
Even in the new timeline it kind of looks like Sol will again have to face the taxi driver again because of Sanjae's stalker's case.

Things should be better this time though since KTS is involved.

About the lottery- it's likely done off screen. Sol was in 2008 between Spring till at least after Sanjae injured his shoulder in May 2008.
That's plenty of time for her to repeat some of the changes she did in the previous timelines (like the smoker thing, Taesung in general, and her brother and bestie's relationship).
She literally only has to stay away from Sanjae...everything else is her choice to alter as they have nothing to do with Sanjae.

Sanjae's memories - he isn't the first to get deja vu moments. In the new 2009 timeline, KTS's dad also explained the reason why he trusts Sol's unusual predictions is because he has a "feeling". It's likely after all the rewinding Sol's been doing, she's slowly leaving some kind of imprint. It's just that nobody else is really questioning about it/ notices it/ even if they do, they just brush it off as nothing. Even Sanjae started to get his "dreams" after reading the script. So something may have been "unlocked"? I might be wrong about this though- they'll probably explain it in ep 15 or 16
