I haven't watched ep 14 yet but based on the previous episodes, it kind of seems like they only meet the taxi driver AFTER Sol and San Jae cross paths (they don't have to be friends, just being in eachother's presense triggers the taxi driver's fate if you get what i mean).
So that's probably the reason why Sol didn't see the taxi driver in the last 15-16 years- it's because they were apart for so long.

In the original timeline, the only reason Sol got down was because Sanjae rang the bus bell but couldn't get down himself since the bus left before he was ready.
Since the bus driver didn't let Sanjae get out of the bus until the next stop, at least in the original timeline, there was no reason for Sol to get down at the resovoir if she didn't wake up when the bus stopped- after all nobody else got down at that stop. ----
Second timeline- the reason why she was in the bus was because she was looking for Sanjae to make sure he doesn't sign up with Eclipse. If not, ideally Taesung would have dropped her home after celebrating his birthday.
The subsequent chasing in 2009 and 2023 will not happen since the killer didn't meet Sol in 2008

The only thing we can hope is MAY BE Sol remembered in the original timeline also there was blood stains in the car? So she can give an anonymous tip? It's difficult though to understand if they'd follow through with the tip🙊
