Since the hospital also couldn't verify him as a registered patient and it's unlike him to not give any notice, I guess she had a melt down due to stress?

I did like the fact that her immediate response to the revelation was that XG must have broken up with her “boyfriend” and Lin was her new suitor (makes sense since she doesn’t know when did ZX confirm it) instead of immediately expecting the worst - that she lied to ZX. She’s curious for now but I wonder how she will change once ZX finds out the truth. 🙈 I low key hope she doesn’t turn into yet another toxic character.
