but didn't that have a lot to do with the story, because he had to believe she was married? When he found out…
Haha My Fault is definitely trashy. I watched it with a friend when it first came out- the hype was unreal. You should have the right mood to enjoy the melodrama.🤣 I like sports cars and the scenary was gorgeous so I enjoyed these bits. The story itself though....definitely a one time watch.
Even I'm curious to know why everybody is so satisfied with SAL. I haven't seen any edits out yet even. Does it look fun? 🙈
SWM- haha you haven't ruined it - perhaps just shattered the "illusion" so I just can't unsee it (you know in the way they do it in dramas 😉). I like JM and the ML low key reminds me of original timeline Sunjae so I'm enjoying their scenes for now.
It's kind of sad though that there is nothing to obsess over till the end of the year. It's like drama land is forcing us to leave behind all our old obsessions behind before starting 2026🙈🫠 Do you have anything left?

I dropped SAL after episode 1. It reminded me too much like a watered down version of “My Fault” (Spanish movie about 2 step siblings who have a similar story only they are rich and connected to some kind of gang I no longer can recall). SAL feels watered down because the FL here is too dainty and the ML doesn’t really have that “dangerous” vibe that’s needed for the character. I might have liked it if I wasn’t familiar with the other movie I guess…but I can’t ignore it. Based on the comments though most seem to be enjoying it.
SOM - I’m beginning to have hope for the main romance but I can totally see what you meant about the ML🙈 He’s not terrible exactly but he’s kind of stiff and awkward at times. Since JM puts a lot of effort from her end, his performance is even more noticeable at times.🙈 I guess you can enjoy it through a fan edit if you do not want to go through the hassle of FFing?
Thanks for the recommendations! I do like slice of life. Do the episodes cover individual short stories? Small Town Stories?
have you watched...when life gives you tangerinesour unwritten seoulyou and everything else?
Haha the romance is just short lived and the triangle doesn’t even make much sense since the guy isn’t exactly a prize. Since I already knew it was doomed, there was no point wasting time on it.🙈
The story itself is interesting but is bitter sweet.
IKR??? His story is quite interesting but they tried to cram too much too soon. His reactions are also acceptable but because there is so much going on, he turned into a hate magnet🙈
She is excellent here. She is portraying a charming, but inexperienced person, who learned how to be a hard worker…
Damn the lore behind the drama is even more entertaining 🙈🙈🙈
Plagiarism is a huge allegation so I'm surprised they even allowed the drama to continue - I mean seeing as how controlling they are?🙈
Lost Romance - how do you find these dramas?? It sounds interesting!!!
Shine on me- it gets better after ep 5. ML's scenes mostly involve him brooding and being frustrated since the FL has no memory of him while he on the otherhand nearly died trying to go for a blind date with her years ago. Think Lovely Runner original timeline only the ML is the one who got permanent injuries (he used to be a neurosurgeon) while the FL has no memory of him due to reasons not disclosed yet. Acting wise, I don't uave any concerns with the ML so far except I feel like he's frowning way too much (his thick eyebrows kind of highlight it even more). Jin Mai on the other hand is bubbly as always. SML and SFLwill probably give a migrain soon enough and the corporate sidestory is skippable for now😅😅😅
Ep 13 is quite weak ngl but it's mainly because the ep 13 preview had too many important spoilery scenes so there…
Haha I think MDL ironically helped me enjoy episode 14. Since I saw all the amnesia jokes, I expected the worst. But it was actually kind of funny so it was fine. SU and HY's final scene helped alot too since this was the only unpredictable scene.🙈
Ep 12 and 13 were quite uneventful for the most part since it was too predictable 😅
She's probably in hiding out of shame (or whatever personal 💩 her husband is going through). If the sister…
Da Rim's mum's comment reminds me of how convicts’ mothers behave in kdramas. They know their kids are terrible but they still find an excuse to protect them.
have you watched...when life gives you tangerinesour unwritten seoulyou and everything else?
You shouldn't watch it for the romance.
It's basically the trials of friendship. A bit like BWS's Soulmate? Only in this case they are twin souls. The two friends have a special connection but their envy for eachother's lives, misunderstandings, and life keep getting in the way.
It's hauntingly beautiful at times but frustrating as well. Romance wise, I actually ended up skipping the romance episodes😅
Haha it's a joke. Since SU is there to fill in the childhood thrope, there's no need to add JH as one too. They never even brought up DR's experience during the picnic.
She could have been joking? They seemed genuinely close seeing as SU didn't have his usual constipated look.
Hehe I can see it happening (a happy naggy life)🤭🤭🤭
I agree. SU looked way too comfortable. He's softening now. HY is much younger than anyway so it's not like she's wasting her youth away. She's investing in a real love rather than forcing SU into something he will regret later 🥲
but didn't that have a lot to do with the story, because he had to believe she was married? When he found out…
Exactly. You can't force someone - specially "ep1" Ji Heuk into believing in their love. I mean is it really that hard for the audience to stomach her reasoning? Even the comments section kept saying that it's unrealistic for a guy like JH to fall so deeply so soon. So would ep 1 JH believe it? Even if he did, would he seriously want that kind of life without living through that context?🙃

Animal print shirts = standard uniform 😂

And the way poor Mr Kang caught a stray bullet for helping Da Rim?😂
I’ve come across a few amnesia plots this year but most were rather dramatic (Burried Hearts + a few Cdramas) so this take was rather refreshing 🤭
IKR? AEJ doesn’t look tall (or athletic) at first glance but she really is 🙈

For the sister's sake I hope she left him.

I guess on the bright side we at least got a mock "first look" thanks to the engagement and gala dress scenes.
