"I didn't see Darim's separation from Ji-hyeok as weakness or indecision. Her withdrawal always came from the most consistent part of her character. For Darim, love was not a gain but a responsibility; that's why, even though she loved Ji-hyeok, she chose to leave the moment she felt he would be harmed, taking all the burden onto herself. This tendency to pull back so that no one else gets hurt makes her both deeply human and profoundly unreachable.
Even if Darim seems to be losing, she is actually refusing to give up her conscience and I think that's exactly what makes her so unforgettable."
Yes totally agree. Many people here continued to defend her actions because “she was desperate because she had…
Her sister proved herself to be completely unreliable. If DR waited for her sister to take responsibility, they would have lost the house, the mother wouldn't recover so well, and the loan sharks would have ruined them.
Lying is wrong but there was no other quick but safe way since even the bank gave her a loan only after she was able to get the job at Natural Bebe. Seeing as she didn't want to ruin her friendship with SU over a loan, I'm guessing getting help from other family members was also not an option for similar reasons. Even JH technically forced himself into her troubles- she didn't ask for the loan.

I don't know...trying to convince the stranger you abandoned during a very 🔥 moment to be your benefactor sounds quite difficult- specially since you've already scammed his company into hiring you 😅😅😅
(I mean for most of the drama Da Rim doesn't know what we know + by the time she realized he means well, she didn't want to use him)
Besides seeing how vicious some of the audience is already, I bet you they'd call her a gold digger/ crucify her for attempting to make him her "sugar daddy".🙃
Honestly I'm not worried about ep 13 despite the doom and gloom that's been going on here the past few weeks. Trust in JH- trust in KTL deja vu
(KTL deja vu = to me, the KTL ML is the most recent chaebol ML that comes to mind as an example of an ML that didn't buckle down and submit to the mandotary rich ML/ poor FL breakup curse- given how JH' s famil/ situation is a lot like in KTL, can't help feeling optimistic)
Not really but it is barrable but at the end is very sad like really really sad
Is the sadness worth it? I keep seeing so much praise. Seeing S it has 52 episodes + a verified SE, I'm kinda curious about the drama now🙈 (I usually avoid SE).
She is excellent here. She is portraying a charming, but inexperienced person, who learned how to be a hard worker…
Exactly. Sometimes to help the one you once promised to love and stay by their side, you might have to step back. We know it's not the right move, but Da Rim hasn't really seen what we have seen🙈
He has to stay there until his mum gets a divorce. But you’re right, he can just bankroll a new company with…
TMAI- I was rooting for her to make a good comeback, but she lost me after she accepted the brother's dubious justication of the Arson. She knew it was wrong so it makes it even worse 🙃
Chat do lmk if I am gonna be hit with a lot of cringe...love this actor but idk if I should start it or not...
How much cringe can you handle? And what would you define as cringe?🙈
Personally I don't find it that cringey. The first 9 episodes have a bit of angst mixed to it since their love is "forbidden" because of the central plot the drama revolves around. 10-11, I don't think it's cringey personally- i guess almost close to Hidden Love/ The first frost's "cringe" level may be? They have their cute moments but not enough to give you diabetes?
Ep 12 is a full on love fest but you kind of get slapped back into reality before the end of the episode. And that's where we are at the moment.
That being said, the drama like most k-romcoms have a lot of thropes but with their own twist so it's fun to me.
MOST importantly, you need empathy to enjoy the drama. If you polarize on one character and refuse to look at the other's pov, you may not enjoy it as much.
Most of the characters are interesting since they are all flawed. Rather realistic IMO - some may not agree with me on this point but c'est la vie 😊
Dear Diary,Today is the finale. And I am not okay.I repeat: I AM. NOT. OKAY. 😭💔✨This drama reminded me…
I was waiting for your entry and you did not disappoint! 🤭
PS: I saw some comments below suggesting that there might be a special episode or 2 available soon. Let’s hope the drama sub gods will be kind to us I guess🙏🙈
TBF this is Hioki’s first kiss ever if I’m not mistaken. I did like the fact that they did his with his eyes…
Damn that sounds traumatizing 🙈 Thanks - the context really helped! I guess I’ve seen too many DEAD dead fish kisses in the past that this made more sense in comparison (specially since Watarai had already started to tone down his love attacks) 🙈
In a way it's good though to be not toooo invested on the drama🙈
Since the last villain is technically HY's brother's nefarious antics, I don't think they'll drag the break up (if it is a break up).
Then again, I enjoy the "buildup" towards a relationship more than the post-relationship scenes, so that could be why🙈

Did you watch it recently? Have they replaced the machine subs finally?🙈

It’s been such a good ride so far but there are so many subjects to wrap up, it feels kind of daunting 🙈
btw I finally got to watch “Why is he single?” (Cdrama) - you recommended it right? I loved it!
The actors really know how to make the most with what they have
PS:
The Pre-release will be available tomorrow - I'll share it once it's out!🙈
For now this is all that's available:

I can't wait to see his face once he finds out about the divorce (and potential loss of his title)🤣
Haha yes I can imagine- I phrased it incorrectly! Sounds almost watpad-dy -a nd now it makes an interesting story😁
