but being fr that kissing scene felt like a slap on the face. I don't even care about kissing, but it just reminded me of the olden days and I feel like we've grown so much from that. Like, really, not the angled camera to make it look like the actors are smooching π. I'd rather not have that at all, or at least something like they did in cherry magic , witty and still wholesome.
it's not that bad but not that great. I'd say good acting knowing that they're just debuting, and okay story although it was pretty unremarkable. Honestly, I didn't finish the last two episodes because i realised I didn't really care what was going to happen at the end. Overall, okay to watch if you have nothing to do or want to unwind.
let's try to remember that GMMTV has a lot of rookie actors and talents. YES there are great actors too, but most of them are young and are basically practicing while doing all these different roles. To expect an Oscar worthy performance might be too much ππ for me, it only matters that they are having fun, and the chemistry between the actors. I personally love Joong so I'm eating up EVERY role he picks up on the way. Anyways, just try to keep an open mind while watching this, and don't take it too seriously
as expected, I went a bit psychotic after watching this show because FirstKhao just do that to me. That scene when they went to the cinema was so goofy for no reason πππ and I loved what they did with the cowboy look π anyways very enjoyable if you missed their chemistry and just want something quick to watch!
For me, this was a standard GMMTV BL, but with a different approach to comedy. I honestly and proudly say that I found this show hilarious. Why? I don't know. Maybe I was having a mental breakdown,but a Boss and a Babe was just so fun to watch!! ForceBook really should take more comedic roles, this was made for them! Book's acting was one hundred % better here, in my opinion,I found him being more natural and "in his zone". All the other characters were funny af and let's be honest, can you take Force being angry seriously? Tears of joy and emotional, a solid 10/10.
this is a beautiful story about friendship, and how love is not something that is necessarily restricted to romantic relationships πͺ. It also portrays very well the suffering of a gay man in a society like Japan, how he deals with it and his thoughts. Sometimes it can be hurtful, because the character brigs up questions that we can't help but think as well but might be too afraid to know the answer.It's not a "BL" per say but you should still give it a try!! The soundtrack is also amazing!
Does this show compare to One and Only? In my opinion,no ( please watch that before Forever and Ever). That being said, I really am in love with Shiyi and Zhou Shen Chen. They are LITERALLY the one and only (;))best part of this. The plot is very basic, couldn't care less about the side characters. But their chemistry. How much they love each other. FMLLLLLL!!!!!!! I can't even hate, I just think they are amazing people. Might take months to finish though, but still routing for their happiness πππ»
Yes, its not the same. He is dubbed in One & Only while in Forever & Ever, it is Ren Jialun's real voice. Its…
thank you for replying, i really thought i was going crazy!! Damn i cant believe they dubbed him, it looked so real. But i like both voices, and as you said, its good because it also gives off the feeling that even though they are the "same" person they are also very different. It helps to separete the characters. Anyway, Chinese dramas will never fail to surprise me!
ps: its okay if you dont have the answer but do you have any idea about the person who dubbed him?
so it looks like Never Let me Go will be the first to air, whoever said it was The Eclipse really made me build up my expectations for this week :´´´) but its fine, i just wish GMMTV would come out with an official schedule or something ;;
If you like a fantasy , soapy kind of drama then i do totally recommend it!The story is very original, and at the time, this was one of the main reasons that made it become so popular. Although some people say its very dramatic at times, i didnt really mind,i guess it depends on the viewer. The main couple have chemistry and, for me, thats the biggest YES.About bounprem, i THINK they had their part in the series, but to be honest, i cant really be certain because, after all, its been 3 years since ive watched it. Overall, its considered one of the "pillars" of bl for a reason, because it helped open the path for different storylines...so i say give it a chance, and if you dont like it, at least you can say youΒ΄ve tried!
I just looked him up and I am so shocked that he also voiced my favourite male lead Xu Lingyi in the Sword and the Brocade!!! I can't believe it! It cannot be a coincidence! Thanks again, I will look up more of his works. And looking forward to watching this drama as well ππ»π€©
ps: its okay if you dont have the answer but do you have any idea about the person who dubbed him?
