I'm not sure I understand your comment. So far, we know WuFeng has been killing people. We don't know if Gong Clan is killing WuFeng's family members actively. Isn't it part of the Gong Clan's motto to stay secluded and not be engaged directly with WuFeng?

Gong clan as the bad guy is the story that has been fed to WuFeng's assassins and underlings. Yun Que told Elder Yue that WuFeng told her Gong Clan is evil and do bad things in the martial arts world.

I laughed out loud too because he was such a maniac! I really like how his character is written and acted out. Such a nasty, cocky brat who has a soft spot for his brother.

WuFeng is definitely an evil group to me from how they sacrificed and killed others including their own. Manipulation, coercion, fear instilling are all negative psychological methods, not including the brutal physical training and abuse the girls had to go through. We have seen and heard all of it in 17 eps. There is nothing nice about WuFeng.

True. He had been having hints and signs about her. It would make sense that his response is somewhat muted at the confirmation moment.

Most people don't know Juliet's last name, just that she's a duo with Romeo. I bet even if the last names Capulet and Montague are given, there's still a 50% miss rate.

After today's episode, I now feel the drama could finish with questions answered and holes tied up neatly with the remaining 7 episodes. As for final body counts, that's still up in the air.

I guess there's more to SGQ's story than what's revealed to us.

So far, I only know this about her.

She told SGQ she's the last one from her original family/sect and pretended to be a bride from a different sect to infiltrate Gong Valley.

She asked GSJ to kill DuanZhu for her for revenge.

She's a Mei in WuFeng.

She's part of QingFeng whose leader is DianZhu who she wanted dead.

I also find ML's reaction underwhelming in response to finding out YWS's true identity. This is one example in making me wonder if some of his scenes/close up shots were edited throughout the drama. Or maybe his character by nature isn't the suspicious type so there isn't much need to cast suspicion on others, hence it wouldn't look good for a good nature person to be having tons of side eyes.🤪 hahaha..maybe i'm overthinking here.
