Not sure what episode you're up to, but as of the latest ep 29/30, she definitely knows he's behind a lot of things, and not as nice as she thought he was.

From the latest episodes 20/30, the Prime Minister of Taijin mentioned there are distant relatives who can claim the throne. So, even though they are not shown in the drama, but at least we now know it's not really the end of the line after SML's gone.

Ep 32 preview seems to show Prince AnNan completely not remembering who Jin'An is. So, perhaps, he did lose all past memory as Jin'An...or at least, temporarily from ep 32. What to make of this? Honestly, I sort of like it, especially if even Prince AnNan falls for Li Shuang, and she also sees the good side of the prince. This way, everything is reconciled, and they truly love the person as a whole instead of just Jin'An or Li Shuang from Jin'An's perspective.

ep 30, that scene where Prince AnNan addressed his two men by their names, is so awesome. They way his eyes showed acknowledgement to his real origin.

Because it's a coital alluded scene, the director and production cannot risk showing too much skin exposure, and could be labelled as soft porn and get cut/docked by the gov't; then this drama will never get aired.

Jin'An's memory is definitely back by ep 29. When he was talking to Yao's envoy, his cold eyes were signaling to the envoy to not say anything out of place , e.g. him looking like Prince AnNan.

I’m so onboard with this plan. He’s so smart. She’s so smart. How could they not have a backup plan or talk things over. They probably have 5 backup plans! Thank you for making me feel better. I can now watch the show without getting stressed out no matter how bad it may seem. I refuse to let Su Yu Yang gets the upper hand.

OMG...just saw previews for 29/30. It's going to be crazy!!! So glad the prince is back because we need him to deal with that conniving Su Mu Yang and save our heroine, although he may not understand why he's actioning against his own logic. 🥰 🤪

He is, but the dark sorcerer made it sounds like the brother and the villain Empress are bound together in way that if one were to die, the other person would die, too.

I feel the same. He would never let her go as he's so obsessed with her. He would find ways to get her, wage wars, or use her adopted father to make things difficult for her even if she moved to Yao; like, what if Su Mu Yang had her father lead the war knowing that she wouldn't fight her own adopted father? That's why I feel that best way out would be for SMY to die, and Jin'An to reign both territories.

Yes, I'm worried this may be the case because you know most emperors got the throne not because they are nice people.

Most surprising info from ep 27/28 for me is that Yao's emperor (Jin'An's brother) didn't fall for the psychotic empress, but it was her sister Rong who he loved. This makes me feel better because it shows that he never fell for the villainess to begin with.
