Yep why not? That is what makes it interesting, the unusual ideas, but some people like the watch the same thing…
I understand you. Unfortunately, it's been several years since i tried to watch that drama. And generally I love Japanese dramas but perhaps they went too much into detail for me. Hard to remember but I don't think they experimented much with the business man concept.
It's true that in Reply 1997 nothing exciting really happens. If it was a Japanese version of Reply 1997 it would definitely have a message and some memorable characters. Still, I enjoyed that drama, even though I felt bored in many scenes...maybe I was biased about Seo In Guk. :D
YWCFTS is awful, I agree with you on that. However, for people that like perfect prince-charming stories it's a perfect drama.
On the other hand, I can't agree with you on Master's Sun, I believe it's a wonderful drama and it's very well done.
He's a great actor, very sincere in his acting. Honestly, I still don't see him as a boy band material, I think he does a wonderful job in every role he does and he can still improve and give us some more.
People are quite upset about the results. I think mostly it's because the people that vote have just watched 1 or 2 of the dramas included in the poll. Of course. they vote for whichever they watched and that tends to be the most famous. At least it's what i want to think happened for Ouroboros to win romantic/comedy. -_-
Awesome drama, you can expect to enjoy every episode if you love light mystery and peculiar main characters. There IS romance and it can be, like most jdramas, very subtle but you can appreciate how their relationship develops and their great chemistry. Overall it has become one of my favorites jdramas and I'm rooting for season 2!!!!
*BIG SPOILERS AHEAD* I really loved this series. Okada and Aragaki work so well together. I thought they were…
I too didn't rate it a 10 even though I loved every minute of it because what's the purpose of showing us the tunnel scene if they weren't planning to explain? That pissed me off so much. >.< This NEEDS a second season!
Everyone loves this but me -___- I love fantasy but there were scenes that were beyond ridiculous. So I dropped…
Well scenes that were plain silly and that didn't make sense. For me it seemed that the writer had a child as a consultant for ideas. I don't want to be specific because of the spoilers so all I could tell you is that my 15 year old self would've somehow liked this. Anyways give the first episode a try and then tell us what you think. Maybe I'm being too harsh, who knows ;)
Many people may have problems with the female lead and how she portrays the character. I have to admit she was hard to watch the first episodes but she got better every episode. I loved the interpersonal relationships between the characters, i seriously fell in love with the grandpa and the male lead's two friends. Also Seo In Guk acting as a high school student was amazing mainly because of his energy. happiness and how he connected with other characters.
I rate this 9.5 just because it had some cliches!!
I had to drop this... i seriously couldn't stand her anymore! o.o i mean... she must have some kind of autistic…
She's too awkward and it can be painful to watch BUT she gets better. It's worth watching this specially because of the characters and the interpersonal relationships between them.
Yes! Eita is one of those actors that turns personality traits into something important that defines the character. He makes trivial stuff seem much more important and we as audience always find how to relate to him. Gotta love his acting skills!
DON'T READ THE SYNOPSIS! It's a BIG spoiler and it tells the whole story.
Great movie. It has some random and sometimes disgusting parts but the more you keep on watching the more you'll like the quirkiness of the movie. It's difficult to say what the movie is about but i'll take a chance. From what I understood it was about how Shi-ying enters college and learns about the "four legends". One day she almost got killed by a bus but a guy saved her, this incident leads her to work part time job at a cafe that the same guy always goes to. Working there and trying to confess to the guy she likes leads her to meet some quirky characters and to be involved in some strange situations also. During the process she'll learn who everybody's waiting for, even herself.
Not a perfect description but still better than the one above. :D I think.
