I think this revelation about him being her mother foster kid should have been handled earlier as It would have been good seeing him actually opening up to her about who he is on his term, and not having other spring it up on him. this would have deepen their relationship on more equal ground.
I must admit I am worried how they gonna handle the two love line with her two personality as Hyeri is a fragment of Eun ho and sadly Ju yeon gonna get the short end of the stick. But then he maybe gonna end up with Hye yeon as writer have promoted Hyeri and yeon as a first love type of story and often first loves never end up together.
aww, Q found his family as he fast warmed up to Min and Men as he observed their tight brotherly bond. So many people talked about how this was too fluffy, but by 3 ep there is clearly dark elements, but also show the important of human warmth and care as it is light in the dark tunnel of the dark side of humans world.
With every revelations about hidden secrets our leads have kept from each other the closer they becomes and changes in their relationship happens. like years being apart actually ending up bringing them closer and getting the timing right for exploring their hidden feelings for each other.

When a problem (in this case health problem) in the relationship comes up it those test the longevity of the relationship and we clearly could see how it did not go well for them in their case. In comparison we could see how the leads relationship have been tested true long distance for years and still when they got together again they fall back into the friendship. Also how they handling this distance between them now is also a great test for them as a romantic couple in the future. We see how both men is different in how they understand SK and how they handle themself in crises.
Clearly SR have bottling up her feelings and always run away from them. So no surprise she is doing it this time, but she gonna have to learn that she can lean on her friends and family. This is something she gonna have to learn to move forward in her life and love.

I think the ring in the preview is probably their last engagement ring and therefor she is trying it out. I feel her ex proposal gonna serve as a closure for their relationship as it do seems like they never got a real ending before she left. This is also gonna make her reflect on her own feeling now toward SH. I think ep 9 and 10 gonna serve as an ending for her past relationship and opening to a new relationship with the friend next door.
Something I think we should just take this as a journey our characters are in to discover themself and grow. It is easy to complain and stuff, but if we just let them tell the story as our main duo dealing with their problems it is more enjoyable. At least we dealing with this before they get together so when they finally becoming couple they gonna be inseparable.
I think it is too realistic for viewers , kdrama romcoms in the past used to be very bubbly and sweet with lot…
I wonder how people would react to Another miss oh (have you watched it?) as it also deal with both characters mental stage and they are flawed. this drama also have mellow parts as it slowly build the leads relationships. I think allot of korean rom-com present the whole specter of humans emotions and experience that are not just comedic or fun. even the big one My love from the star had mellow parts too. To me this is why I like k-drama storytellings as they show the whole human experience.
