IKR! It caught me off guard. As expected from our smart guy, it didn't take him long to realize his feelings and accept it coolly. Jiang Hu caught the subtle meanings too. This playfulness is giving me ticklish feelings. I'm glad they're not pursuing the route of smart but dense characters troupe.

The relationship between XS and XZY is strictly business. He saw her potential, and XS offered her a job where she already has experience on. Hence, less scolding. Moreover, she's also managed by Miss. Song, so he doesn't need to do much.

Meanwhile, JH lacks experience in management. After her dad's passing she insisted on taking over her dad's company (although she only managed to keep Tengyue). With most of the top executives resigning, she basically has to start over. But being a sheltered princess all her life, she can be too emotional and unreasonable. This is where Xu Si steps in, showing her a bitter truth of reality so she can grow up.

Is this your first time watching a Cdrama or Kdrama? I think the color grading in this one is ok.

This is my first time installing a streaming app and purchasing the VIP pass just so i can watch this one comfortably. With this level of quality production, i felt bad watching it for free. I hope it will get more recognition and success it deserves.

Of course JH, so busy as usual. I don’t think XS will back out easily even if she rejects him because of Tengyue. Her persistence and wit to achieve her goals are basically what he likes about her.

I'm curious though, is his aunt married? I thought she's unmarried and has been living with Xu Si's mom. I mean, how can she push him to get married if she's unmarried herself, so maybe she has a husband but not revealed yet? 😂

By SML, you mean Gao Yi? I don't think Xu Si has less screen time than him tough? I also think the love triangle is almost insignificant, it's only a childhood crush for SML, nothing happened between them. Her feelings seem to be growing for ML, and once FL realizes it, i believe her crush towards SML will be done for good.

I can understand why she's kind of hostile towards ML at first. He tried to take control of what's important to her, first the land, now the company, and his sharp tongue doesn't help in building good relationships with others.

I have a different opinion. I think Gong Jun made a great decision to take this drama. The story is quite a meaningful one in terms of business, family, friendship and love. It's not just a shallow romance drama. The ost and cinematography are also top notch. Personally i think this one is better than many of his previous drama projects.

Episodes are really well executed, i like this series so much!

I have watched the latest episodes, love the unexpected friendship between Jiang Hu and Yang Jian's gang. It's quite fun 😄

I really enjoyed his performance as Xu Si, such a charming character! He's very calculating with a sharp mouth, but not overly arrogant or inhumane. He's just spitting up facts and straightforward.

I'm watching for Gong Jun, but it actually pretty interesting. I enjoyed it so far.
