I wanted to feel offended but I am just too moved by the show. Why not go watch Blood of Youth yourself, if it…
I was about to say the same thing, but you beat me to it. I’m so pleased with how the drama turned out that i can’t even be offended. Now, i just find this amusing.
What a wonderful roller coaster of a journey, with all its chaos and struggle, friendship and hope. I enjoyed every second of it. Definitely on my rewatch list.
When SMY & BHH were talking about devination after all the epic battles and BHH just woke up, what is she…
Based on my understanding from Cdramas, qi is the inner energy that powers martial arts movements. Qi deviation happens when this energy flow becomes disturbed and unstable, often due to extreme emotion, overexertion, or poison, causing a destructive internal burst.
Severe qi deviation often leads to madness or death. A simple analogy is like a circulatory problem, where extreme distress or overexertion disrupts blood flow and can cause a fatal heart attack.
I'm still unclear on what exactly caused SMY's qi deviation. It could have been triggered by his rage over Bai Heihuai being harmed, which caused him to lose his cool and overexert his energy. Or maybe he was poisoned somewhere, given many poison-related events in the story at the moment.
Does anyone know why Changhe suddenly met with Zhuo Qing (the great eunuch) and the First Prince? It doesn’t seem like he told anyone about it either. I hope he didn’t make any secret deals with them.
Nothing compare to Dashing Youth and Blood of Youth. I love Su Muyu character in Blood of Youth, but the whole…
Honestly, for me, Dashing Youth takes the cake for the messiest plot. I still enjoyed it, but the whole Ye Dingzhi and Yi Wenjun storyline was just ridiculous. They really made him look like a fool.
If I remember correctly, Li Hanyi and Xie Xuan were indeed talking about the fight between Su Muyu and Jian Wudi. But Langya Wang and Ji Ruofeng were referring to Su Muyu’s match with Song Yanhui, since it took place before Jian Wudi appeared. So, it looks like both times they were talking about Su Muyu.
You mean Li Changsheng? I don’t think he’ll appear here, since by the end of Dashing Youth he decided to live a carefree life and travel the world with his wife.
is the story happening after xiao se's father takes the throne, it seems like he has just taken throne and the…
The current king (Xiao Se’s father) and the first prince are insecure and paranoid. They fear Langya Wang because of his strong military power and allies, even though he has proven time and again that he has no interest in the throne (he literally gave it up to his older brother, despite the previous king wanting him to inherit it). Yet in the end, they still executed him.
True, ironically Su Muyu said the same thing about Song Yanhui. Idk what level he's at, but he’s stuck and unable to advance to a higher realm for the same reason.
