The netflix one is a complete different story and super fast paced. They litterary invented new characters and storyline condensing the book into 8 eps. The chinese one follows the book closely but people also say it has a pacing problem, its slow. I watched the 2 if you want the dramatics go for netflix if you want the real story that won a Hugo award watch the chinese one.
