Can I ask where you download from and what software you use?

Oh! Is it hard? I just thought it would be too much to download all the videos and keep them high quality and then cut them up. Is there a better way to do it?

Sure you can respond to her with questions but she doesn't need to respond nor defend herself for her opinions. If anything your thread/comments have caused more negativity to this page than any comment that she has said. If you hadn't called it out, no one would have noticed it.

Same thing with "defending" celebrities. Time and time again "fans" have "defended" celebrities, bringing more attention than it needs to which in the end causes more harm to their idols than if they had just ignored.
