Totally agree. He was trying to set everything up for her āescapeā and to take care of her physically but didnāt take into account how painful love makes you crazy/irrational. And she was pushed to the brink of her sanityā¦who has time to think logically?
I think it's really sad that the only person that YY won't admit he's in love with is the person who needs to hear it most. By choosing to go with the punishment for love (he had 2 other choices...) he pretty much told the whole heavens that he's fallen in love. Haha, what's the point of hiding it then and making YD so sad?
BUT I'm glad he still chose the love punishment so he could go through the same pain as YD when she took her heart out.
One thing that I do appreciate about this drama is that at least they have people explain their reasons out loud so there isn't hidden misunderstandings for many many episodes.
The writers of this drama are geniuses. Just the right enough amount of angst, drama, and comedy! The timing and pacing has been top notch. I haven't enjoyed a drama this much in awhile!

Came here after watching Ren Jia Lun's other dramas and was missing him a bit. Drama started off okay and I really love the bromance between GC and XRC. Sadly, I really couldn't get onboard with the FL's acting. It seemed like she only had one facial expression which was a big smile and that was her reaction to everything. Also am on ep 28 and not sure if I can keep going with this drama. Seems to be dragging a lot for no reason.
