I just finished 25/26...OMG。I'm so frustrated and sad and whyyyyy. They're both so good together sometimes and then both are so toxic sometimes and my heart still goes towards TTJ. UGHHHHH WHYYYYY

Does anyone else think it's weird that TTJ was so heartbroken that YXW committed treason but then they kind of just reconciled and glossed it over? I kind of think its a big deal and it was wrong on YXW part tbh...

Pros of cutting this drama to 40 episodes is that we get over the misunderstandings quickly! Love how the FL and ML actually get to talk through everything?!

Also love PR and TTJ interactions, haha. Big boss and diligent employee

They needed a reason to build up to the infamous tower scene since they've detracted from the novel quite a bit

Rough translation:

Kind of? I mean there is, but TTJ and LSS relationship is super super toxic and abusive

TTJ in the drama is really breaking my heart since he's actually trying so hard to be a good emperor and husband. I think I'm starting to understand why this drama is so heart breaking since his fate is sealed, that once he dies, he will automatically become the Demon God. So in a sense, LSS has no choice but to kill him.

TTJ in the novel is a whole different level of evil. I'm glad they decided to abandon the novel and change the script to someone who is much more human / likeable

I wonder how they'll explain it in the drama since in the novel it made a little bit more sense cause he had some "feelings" for her but in the drama it seems they have nothing really in common right now to tie them together

they updated it: 1 ep on Sun, 1 ep on Mon, 2 ep on Tues, and 1 on Wed, 1 on Thurs

So SJ mentions that it's not just about it being a fair transaction where you lose your whole clan and then you get them all back. You have to factor in the injustice, hate, betrayal, self-hate for herself for bringing doom to her clan, etc. Plus TH has no remorse and was essentially doing whatever she wanted without much consequence, just because her clan was offering up the crystal

At first I was super happy that there was a way to revive the Clams, but when SJ explained why it wasn't enough...I felt her pain. Poor SJ

In the episode he looks at her for awhile, in a daze, and saw her past and future. So he knows that she is Li Su Su

Also the scene where TTJ smiles at YXW return....his smile is 1000000000.
