jamie x pae x duang are such an amazing trio. usually these kinda silly friendships in most shows are just there for the gags and silly moments. But this trio.. man they care for each other so much :( jamie and duang being on the verge of tears during the call :(( they are so sweet.

i do feel 9 episodes is way too less. i did hear sth about a season 2, which i hope is true. bcs plot wise the novel is only like 15% adapted with these three episodes

people can’t realise Tim and Yu are legit 2 different people. Yu wasn’t a seasoned scammer like Tim was. Tim literally had a whole plan mapped out to scam Pai. Tim (and Yu) are not meant to be “good” people. they are scammers. and just because both of them are scammers don’t mean their brains work the same way. Even when Tim and Pai were dating, we saw the “ugly” parts of Tim come out. Tim is a v different person and hes not necessarily a good person. So obviously he doesnt KNOW the best way to make it up to Pai. He’s just going about it in the way he knows how to. also pls remember that Yu and North knew each other for one singular day before getting married. the emotional attachment would nottt be similar to Tim and Pai. they have been dating for an YEAR. Pai is a lonely person. he has no one by his side. so its not shocking he cant let Tim go completely.

i think its rly boring when peole want characters in shows to always do the same things or act the same way when dealing w different situations. Sometimes a character isn’t supposed to do the “best” thing in the situation..

people who dropped the show because it was “too silly” in the beginning genuinely missed out on one of the best romance dramas of all time. not even thai or bl, genuinely such a good romance show.

Pond’s actor does sooo well but Sand’s actor legit shows no emotion on his face and his acting is so stiff. i skip their scenes whenever we get them

I had to ignore the fact that the show is dubbed (i hate watching dubbed media) because i was super intrigued by the plot and i regret nothing. this will be my first chinese bl. i can’t wait to see their relationship blossom ^_^

absolutely adore the colors in this show. its so whimsical. the set design and the characters’ outfits are adorable.

i also love how the show uses the flashbacks, not only as a way to show PobmekSolar’s past, but also a way to give more depth to their characters, showing us why they act a certain way. im loving this show. episode 2 was sooo heartearming. its so lovely to see Pobmek is not alone now.

that’s because you guys treat gay characters as stereotypes. when you let this prejudice go, you will enjoy difference types of characters and shows better. how can you watch shows with gay characters and enforce heteronormative stereotypes on them? unbelievable

yesss and Tiw was always saying things in a joke-y way. “like heyy i like u lol can i take u out? jk we are friends” but duang has said from day 1 that he is pursuing Qin romantically and that line was drawn since the beginning. Tiw treated it like a joke. which is why Qin said in episode 1, “another one? im sick of this” when Duang was trying to talk to him at the fair.

team #THROWTHATTEDDYBEARAWAY i was chill w that bear before but i feel like at this point in the story + considering Tiw’s character and Qin’s relationship with him + Qin and Duang’s relationship… that bear has got to go.

We are officially in the last half of this series and I am super depressed about this. but not as depressed as I was when i saw MORE TIW in the preview for ep 8.

are we seriously making Duang With You into just another stupid show where these people from the character’s pasts come back just to make the current love interest jealous?

i feel like we could’ve wrapped this up in ep 7. sigh. well, atleast I hope they don’t let the Tiw plotline take up the entire next episode :( maybe focus on Pae or JamieMarvis ?? Even the novel doesn’t go this deep into the Tiw plot. Don’t ruin thjs for me.

but I loveddd their conversation after the whole shower scene. very very well communicated, we rarely see characters talk about sex so comfortably in shows so I loved this sm :)

Only ten episodes and the eps are so short :’( i really love this series its so cozy :( i want moreeee

First 2 eps didn’t grip me but by ep 5.. i am officially in. My heart feels a bit heavy thinking about what will happen when Pai finds out. Im so scared. I hope he is mad as hell and makes Tim grovel. But i hope they will make up 😭

I feel like an insane person after this episode. Im so glad they kept the #serious scenes actually serious without sound effects and duang freaking out. Sometimes duang can freak out quietly! And that was so good. It will take me a while to return back to a normal human being after this episode, and frankly i don’t care. Holy shit this was so good. You can see Qin trying so hard throughout the entire episode and then finally fully putting his walls down.

The writers will have to do some diabolical messing up because right now this is a contender for my favorite thai show ever.

Watching this because I miss ttptt so much and i’ll take any crumbs i can get. But ended up enjoying this as well. Its so cute. I love Teerak, and I love how smiley a guy like Fah is with Teerak 💔💔

Ouuuhhh sad Qin is upsetting to see.. but seeing someone as upbeat as Duang sad hits so hard. My little boy omg 😭😭😭😭 I rly hope the show dives deeper into his actual feelings that are hidden by his happy silly persona. The way he immediately blames himself for something that’s not really his fault so that Qin forgives him faster. My heart….

Qin isn’t jealous, really. Hes super insecure. So he’s hurt thinking Duang doesn’t really feel a special way towards him. Because Duang is nice to everyone 😭😭 but that just isn’t true and Qin is starting to see it slowly.

Yes this show is very silly alot of the times. But the way it dives into the characters’ feelings is just so so good and im obsessed.

After watching a ton of faster paced bl shows the past two weeks.. this has been a gift. I enjoyed them too but sometimes you don’t realise how good a slower burn show is until you go back to one after a long time. Thame and Po are so incredibly soft and sweet with each other. You would think their dynamics would be completely different watching the first episode; where Thame was so aggressive. But then the show switches up and he is the most soft spoken person ever. Both of them are so caring about each other and the people around them. I am loving this show at episode 8 and i hope they keep it up. Will this take the crown from Not Me as my favorite thai show?

Ive seen this and i loved this as well! I do appreciate these new kdramas with mature couples. I love seeing proper communication more than anything.
