I’d like to see Dai Lu Wa as FL and Ao Rui Peng as ML.

Regarding the Double…the book is longer. Characters’ essences are the same. Plot is less dog-bloody. The last ⅓ of the book was pretty much taken out of the drama. Also, the main villain is different. I would recommend reading it, if you haven’t already.

Aaahh! I’m currently reading this book!!! One must know that this author seems to have an obsession with describing her MLs in excruciating detail. Other than that, I like her plots. I must say, didn’t quite imagine the ML and FL to be these two. The FL is supposed to be 14 at the beginning of her rebirth. Cute, calm, cold, and deadly. But also doe like. I guess the actress does have doe like eyes, so it could work. The ML is supposed to be a devastatingly handsome scummy man. Dylan isn’t scummy, haha. Anyway, hope it turns out well!

Another Lu Yu Xiao drama! Looking forward to it!

Decided to watch the drama for the ML/FL pairing, then ended up liking Wang Xing Yue more, lol.

Ahhhhhhhh!!!! Wu Tao is one of my favorite voice actors!!!!!!! He absolutely embodies Gu Fei in Saye and Yu Fan in Wait For Me After School!!!! Wait For Me After School is just about the best BL slice of life audio drama ever!!! Okay, I like the book and the author’s other books as well. Anyway, I just found out Wu Tao is Unlucky Death!!!!! (In the VA community, people are often known only by their online handle/stage name.)

They’re kind of like the radio dramas of old. They follow book plots much more closely than tv dramas, so if a book doesn’t have an English translation yet but has an audio drama, I will listen to it and can understand 70-80% of what’s going on. (Child of immigrants, not quite a native speaker but can speak conversational Chinese). Also, for banned dramas (like Heaven’s Officials Blessings), there are audio dramas that are not censored.

Ahhhh, I’ve been following him since his short series!!! Took a long break from watching cdramas (listening to audio dramas instead) and now he’s main in full length dramas!!!

Yes. Books aren't as censored in China as dramas, so...

Novel. Definitely friends with benefits, but he always uses protection which he hates because she wants to trap him with pregnancy (in the book)

Sigh. I suppose. I'd like to see a more accurate adaptation. In the book, FL should have longer hair too. I actually imagine Zhao LuSi and Zhang Han when reading the book.

In the book, ML is supposed to be 7.5 years older than FL. Xu Kai looks young...hard to believe he's supposed to be older than Seven Tan. In real life, she's 5 years older? I wonder how that will play out...

Maybe I've been reading too many Ding Mo novels lately, but this has been a good pick-me-up. There's lots of smiley people in this drama.
