The consensus is that he will most likely be exonerated in court, but the damage is done. None of his international brands will return, and karmic resolution is the stuff of K-Drama—ie, ephemeral & distant.
In the meantime KSH's tolerance towards sedatives and mood-enhancers presumably continues to escalate.

MDL bears full responsibility here. Why even allow folks to review episodes which have not yet aired? Doing so invites abuse. And there is no good reason to excuse this.

The production seems to have mostly given up on the floating ghost premise.
Someone pointed out that the Shaman paper for Han Na Hyeon's sister was white, not yellow as a possible explanation for her feet on the ground. But now—in ep 10—the Cobbler with 'old-timer's disease' (Alzheimer's) also gets to stomp around the office. (OK, the production does give a nod to the floating trope with him lifting up on his tippy-toes for a moment as he hears his name and birthdate. But still…)
Perhaps the most likely answer is the actor considered it undignified &/or uncomfortable to be strapped into a harness and suspended?
I wouldn't expect a ghost to exhibit Alzheimer's (especially after "having his memories restored" with the name/birthday ritual). Also, The rosy-cheeks trope is likewise becoming inconsistent.
I'm enjoying the show and not really intending to nit-pick. But I like a good explanation when rules are established but then subsequently ignored.
I dropped 'Apartment 404' but others really liked it. And I haven't seen 'Busted' (3 seasons) myself, but it looks to be perhaps the most similar to this. And I just discovered another investigation variety show called 'Crime Scene Zero'. All of these are on Netflix.
