Yes. ZJY's movie was filmed mid last year and even Zhang Hai Zhuan which they finished filming May or June last year will be aired soon so I really cannot understand why they cannot air this yet

How is the ending of the novel?
I cannot imagine this to have a sad ending, the novel did not focus much on their romance. On the contrary, the way this adaptation is being promoted looks like they explore more on Min Sheng and Qing Yu's relationship. So I expect they added more romance in the drama.
