If you are looking for something with depth and not just fluffy then this might be for you. For me who loves diverse genre , it is really really good. Super educational, very relevant with some sensitive issues boldly tackled and excellently handled.

IMHO, now that the surrounding mystery about the life of Beiyu has been fleshed out, I think the romance arc will start to be the focus of this drama.

Maybe some were expecting a light and fluffy romance, Cdramas are always full of fantasies and make believes so this is something new and unexpected given that the covering poster looks kinda bright. Even if the summary and tags describe this as a mystery- thriller, only few viewers bother to read.

That's a cultural thing, it's one of the reasons why I like this drama so much because it allows us to see something that may not be happening in our part of the world but very much present in a male-dominant/patriarchal society mostly in Asia. There's so much to learn here about parenting too so I will not be surprised if this drama will pick some awards moving forward due it's excellent content

If you see the post in Tiktok, some CPfans are a bit jealous especially fans of ZYR's drama WIFTY hahaha. In weibo, ZYR has been attacked early on because of his currently filming drama with CDL due to billing ranking lol. Petty fans are everywhere.

I have seen 3 of Zhang Jing Yi's dramas, L&P, BIA and Zhang Hai Zhuan and none of these can be considered as fluffy. She is a serious actress, and even the drama she is currently filming with Song Wei Long is not fluffy, but I like all 3 of these because it suits my taste and the stories are interesting. Another thing, the plot is spelled out and the tag says mystery, romance. thriller, adapted from a web novel so I read the novel. I usually check the synopsis before watching , if it suits my taste then I go check the drama. If I don't like it, then I will not proceed but I will never bash, make hateful comments. We need to show a little respect to the actors and crew, I bet if you are working or studying you wouldn't feel good if anyone would do the same thing to you.
