On the strength of the first 5 eps, I would say they have done a great job on cinematography, acting, and plot rewrite. Except for the major modification of the book on identity swapping, I think this drama has been entertaining so far. I like the new storyline compare to the book because it gets to the point a lot faster. More exciting!

I see what you meant. I think there is a misunderstanding when you made the first statement. Fans on this platform can be sensitive. Your statement sounded like Wu Jin Yan should be replaced by Yang Chao Yue. I am not saying you said that but that might have been misconstrued.

I think there is also an overwhelming frustration with this actress Yang Chao Yue ... at least for me. But of course, I wouldn't curse her. I just give feedback so hopefully she can improve her acting ...

Actually, this drama is not bad! Starting at around eps 10, things seem to move faster and less repetitions. It's fun to watch.

I hate to say that there is nothing "bashing" if I am giving facts. Fact #1: she is beautiful Fact #2: she cannot act - and I can give proofs. "Who are we to bash"???? We are the audience! We have a right to say who is not a good actors and why.
And btw, you are the one who first question the decision of the director/producer by asking why this actress is not the main lead!!!

Don't worry about the rating. I think it's not equating to anything except the drama doesn't fit into a generic taste. I have liked dramas in the 7s. I think being a fan also means giving honest rating to a drama because that would give a feedback to the people who make the drama ... to let them know if they are off. Sometimes the drama has nothing to do with the actress/actor ... but the story, the director, etc ...

Top actors sometimes don't equate to good dramas or plots. Of course, this is just personal opinion because everyone likes different things. I started watching this with honest interest. But it didn't capture it. I am not a fan or anti fan ... I am just looking for solid dramas to watch.
