The problem with CDrama is it's following a popular trend. These stories meant to be mindless entertainment. Don't question motives, plots because you will be disappointed. It's not great but this one is watchable already. The cast is already very well assembled compared to others.

This is typical of CDrama ever since that other drama (Lost You Forever) made it huge with female being loved by 3 handsome males, every other drama is like this now: devoted love is the way to win the FL's affection. This and also the rebirth theme. I don't know when they will stop doing this theme.
This has got to be my most favorite Chinese drama ever. Still watching it after so many times. ZLS is the best for this role. The director is amazing in bringing the novel to life. Well done!

Yes, I already stopped watching and gave reviews. But I saw a lot misinformation on both sides so I posted it. Please research on why it's inappropriate to cast minors with mature actors. It's not about mixing reality with drama.

For people who say that the laws are for REAL relationship, not acting, if you are interested, you can research further what's the harm in casting minors and older actors in romantic relationships. There are age power dynamics/relationships between older actors and minor actors. This has happened in real life acting environment. Abusers have been prosecuted/blacklisted. I am not saying it's happening here. But it's a scenario where it can happen.

I did see 3 eps of the drama. It's an engaging story, but I decided to stop, especially when the 2nd ML (30 yrs old) shows up. I think ultimately, it's the way the FL looks. She has a lot more makeup on compared to when she was younger. She's amazing beautiful but next to the older actors, she still looks very young. It's not believable for me.
I feel the age of the FL is too young. She's only 17, which is considered underage in my country. And to be with a 28 years old ML feels strange. He is not old but when next to her, he seems much older. Very conflicted about this drama because she looks like a teenager - she is a teenage.
Also maybe I have seen the FL in so many minor roles, she doesn't have the look of a main female lead in the trailer. She looks too young and innocent compare to ML
This is just my opinion - so don't attack. No, I will not watch it if I don't feel it's appropriate.
Well, well, I think the ending is the most appropriate ending for Chae Hwa Yeong. I don't think any other ending is good for her because she simply never regretted killing anyone. Putting her in prison alone is not going to do her any good because the remorse was never there. And death is too light of a punishment for her.
It has been nice to meet everyone here. Hope to see you all in another Kdrama. I am going to limit myself to short dramas from now on. But if you see anything similar to this twin drama, count me in, send me a dm so I can watch it too.
