Just realized that Yoon Sun Woo (Kang Baek Ho) was actually in Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. He was Prince #9 ! No wonder he looks so familiar!

The drama is different from the book.

The editing was crazy too! Things just happen out of nowhere that don't make sense. Such a waste of good story.

I read the book but disappointed after episode 30.

The reason is not everyone has seen the entire drama.

I've updated my rating for this drama from a 10 to an 8.5. The last arc is disappointment for me. The first 2 arcs - their meeting in a small village and her development in the arm were both perfect.

But then in the book, the way the ML treated the FL is also borderline. I am glad though she hits him back for lack of respect!

They skip a lot. Only added in the scenes when he received his punishment.

I agree with you. The way they portrayed him in the beginning seemingly justifying his actions. In the book there was no going back to save Yu Qian Qian during the flooding. I think basically to hire good actors, they need to expand the role of these actors.

I agree! But I wish instead of focusing on humor towards the end, they should at least show that the love between the MLs had a lot of conflicts. To be together, he had to suffer and overcome many obstacles. The path of true love is never smooth. They show that in the love story of QMin, who is absolutely crazy but you feel for him because of his sacrifices for Yu Qian Qian.

UPDATE after ep 30
I am disappointed with the drama adaptation of the book as it loses focus and tension towards the end, after 30. And the fact that there's no tension between the leads on the revenge motif. It's not believable (just my opinion - so no need to me tell to drop the drama - I will if it continues to be on this track). Anyways they have to make extra money and fill up to ep 40.
For those who love this drama, I highly recommend reading the book.
