She's pretty, he's pretty, there's a lot of pretty happening but I guess I will drop the series. It's a little too kitsy for my taste. It will be a breezy watch for someone trying to enjoy a light (like, liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight) show.
So, that ending... uh brought the overall rating down to a 7.5 for me personally. I appreciated how this show made the weekend exciting for me in the last couple of months, I really wished it did better in wrapping up the story. No problem though, we got solid delivery of acting from all the casts. Hope they all get wonderful scripts in the coming years to show off their amazing skills.
On top of my mind (so there may be some memory bias): Signal, Gibo to Musume no Blues, Ouroboros, Cold Case all seasons, Goodbye my Princess, ON Ijou Hanzai Sousakan, Hajimete Koi wo Shita Hi ni Yomu Hanashi, Queen for Seven Days, The Light in Your Eyes, Monte-Cristo Haku, N no Tame ni... uh, I tried mixing genre. Hope something here catches your interest!
You know, the reason why Vincenzo is interesting to me is because of its quirky characters. Cha Hong Joo and Vincenzo are my ideal on-the-grey-spectrum characters. Vincenzo being darker shade than Hong Joo and all. VERY INTERESTING. I am happily impressed by Taec's role because we only saw him act cute in this previous roles. The man had it in him! The prosecutors are veteran actors but they managed to out do their selves. Preventing type casting masterfully for another few years. Han Seo is just plain interesting! Hanseok is nature psychopath while Hanseo is nurtur. It will be a treat to see his story arc.
These aspects are very well done but it still isn't a 9/10 show... I hope the rating inflation calms down soon. 8.4/9 is where I will place it.
a little upset that hanseo turned evil again... wish the writers would have let their friendship actually happenedit:…
There is this confidence in me that he is just acting to save his ass from the actual psychopaths. Someone below in the comments sectioned summed it up nicely. Shooting the shoulder to kill? Weak.
With all honesty, I think episode 17 was a bit weak. I enjoyed the beginning and was completely fine with it taking around 23 minutes of the episode, it was a good way to let that story arc get its closure but afterwards... I hope episode 18 is smoother. I will be upset if the story takes a turn to crazy land from here.
Hey people, I need suggestions. I got up to ep 17 on kiss asian (dot) sh because the website listed all the episodes as subbed. But you know, ep 17 is subbed in Chinese and not English, I waited a week but it's not being replaced. Do you guys know where I can access English subtitled episodes other than the above website? Thanks!
I google translated your comment and it says 'After all Haruka is cute'Is that what you wanted to convey? HAHA…
I was watching her interview on Shabekuri, and it looks like the secret to her effortless looks and beautiful skin is basically living an easy going life. Her life motto is なるようになるさ, which is one of those phrases that is uniquely Japanese and exudes different meanings, colours and temperatures in different moments.
I have not seen the last episode yet, but I think a lot of us just assumed after the 1st episode that this would…
I do like the social commentary aspect but I mainly picked it up to get a weekly dose of pretty from my girl Fuuka-chan and my man Asuka. Ahahah, I knew it won't disappoint me, these two are very good at choosing projects.

I like Mokomi! It's unique!! I WAS watching Shitteru Waifu and Uchi no Musume, but I dropped them for now. I will get back to them someday, I like your enthusiasm. I am watching the anime for Horimiya, the manga was the highlight of my high school days!

Bull's eye, very unfortunate. I hope others don't misunderstand what we are saying though, (hopefully I am not putting words in your mouth) this show was very engaging. I don't regret the last three months. Love Bias showed up in the best timings, Nakazawa is truly the best second lead to swoon over, Reiko is an instant girl crush, Junnosuke as a wanko was all sorts of funny, the editing always added the perfect amount of oomph to the scenes creating all sorts of heart gymnastics... perhaps, what balanced all these out was the plainness of Nami's characterization. It's both a curse and a blessing. So while the momentum of the initial episodes when we all expected a Reiwa version of the Devil Wears Prada meets every Asian eye candy love plot died down, I still very much enjoyed the production and will recommend it to others. It's a very beginners friendly drama, that's all we are saying :)

The main issue lies in the characterization of Nami, her 台詞回し or ah, choice of wording makes her quite unappealing. Haruka-sempai's character, for example, has a way to get the audience to root for her. It was hard to root for a character who never seemed to be doing much but was always hating her status quo. So it was hard to sell me why two very nice distinct characters like Nakazawa or Junnnosuke wanted her so bad.
